McDonald's Golden Grove

I ordered a Big Mac with Bacon, take away the Ghurkin pickle, I didn't get any onion on top and bottom, I showed the picture of the Big Mac in store that had onions in it, this was the second time in two weeks they left onions out, I asked for a refund and left disappointed.

Quick visit for an ice cream. Taste as always at McDonald's but this restaurant is never clean enough!

I'm very keen on the chicken wraps, but on both my recent visits I was sent to the waiting bay! The staff are great in this store!

The employee gave me a McFlurry with no caramel sauce after I paid for the sauce. They assured me there was sauce at the bottom, but there was no sauce after I got to the bottom. Disappointed in this service, I don't intend to come bacl.

Slow service, came 2 nights in a row for a mcflurry, not even busy at both times, took 10+ minutes both nights. It doesn't take that long to give us a cup of Ice Cream

Waited around 20 minutes for a few items.place understaffed and not coping. At least items were correct and hot when received.

After having tea my son ordered a sundae for table service. After waiting 25 minutes for it to come out and way past our order number, I went to the counter and waited several more minutes to be served (even though no one was waiting to order or be served). They then produced his sunday which had probably been prepared 30 minutes and was melted as shown in picture. It was apparently waiting for someone to deliver it. It is definitely no longer resembling icecream. Moral of the story - don't get table service for icecream!

Couldn't believe they didn't offer to make him a new one when it was obviously melted!

Heading for a road trip and needed coffee so we ducked into this Macca's.
Placed our order for 4 different, coffees. Didn't have to wait long, the drive-thru was smooth and constant. Maybe we got there at a good time. 8: 20am.
The coffee order was how we wanted them and they tasted pretty good.
Definetly be back.

I ordered via drive thru and they forgot my banana bread order, when i went back to get it they gave me a burnt one. Not sure if this is normal but kind of defeated the convenience of drive thru bec i spent double the time waiting

They “managers” are so rude and no manners not polite at all and they allow there store to be over maximum people, so great way to spend Covid

Maccas is always good. Friendly staff.
The only thing I could say that is abit disappointing, is every time I want a McCafe donut there none there. That's all.

Poor service bins over flowing of rubbish and on floors teenage kids crowding the sitting and running a muck very load

It was absolutely flat out late on a Thursday night, but surprisingly they were still reasonably fast with our order and it was hot and fresh. And the best thing was they got the order correct, unlike Para Hills who mess up our orders every.single.time.

We were there sat night (golden Grove) 22nd May.we ordered then waited.eventually we went and asked someone what was going on with our order. 58 mins it took to get our food.it was cold and poorly made, it takes less time at a restaurant. The food was cold the burgers horrible, lettuce was picked out as I wouldn't serve limp soggy lettuce to the chooks! One of the items that was ordered and paid for wasn't available. Won't be going back there again. We weren't the only ones waiting, the place was full.uber drivers were waiting while we were there as well.some people were walking in and getting served and their food straight away.they appear to be know to staff. Very dissatisfied

Service was slow, we had to ask for our order. Manager was amazing. Does not make up how long we had to wait for our order.

Don't order coffee through the app. Come late, or not at all.
Burnt milk every time. You can hear the milk screaming in pain. Do you teach your baristas how to make coffee?

I payed $10 for a Crispy ceased chicken salad, when I got home I found a garden salad in the box with no chicken! Not happy. Also drive through staff were impatient when we were ordering, for no reason.

It was very busy this morning they did the best they could, service was great. The egg and bacon mcmuffin was a little squashed but still tasted good.

It is a very good McDonald's, except it is a bit too small for the number of customers they attain when sporting events are on.

Just went through the drive thru & yet again, they screwed up my order. Ordered two coffee frappes- got one coffee, one chocolate. Ordered two large fries- both only 2/3 full. Ordered McBites- never received them. And they can't make a hot chocolate to save themselves. Not the first time my order has been stuffed up but it will be the last.
