McDonald's Gilles Plains

Gilles Plains is our regular Maccas, like any fast food restaurant they can be hit and miss (especially with their fries), but they do alright and they always cure our Maccas cravings

Tables are always dirty, even at 7.30am in the morning. Tickets don't print when you submit your order. Coffee arrives separately from meal. Unfortunately no competition near by.

Always packed but the drive through line is clearing and moving quite fast. Always get out ice cream here

Drive thru crew always on the rush to hand you your food and straight away turn their back to chat with their colleagues! You call them, they don’t hear yah as they’re laughing and chatting away.

Every single time I get my iced coffee fix I always request for no syrup but for the name of forgiveness, they always add syrup! It shows on the screen no syrup when i confirm my order but when I start sipping…

You ask for tomato sauce they give you 1 sachet for two large fries but they add way much of tissues in your paper bag which goes to waste anyway!

I don’t know why for some reason the night staff are always happily chatting with each other instead of checking their customer. Maybe customer service is hard to give?
Customer needs to adjust to their attitude and must give their staff customer service instead of the other way around. Jeez!

Can't get an order right.
Forgot several items in the first order, and all items were poorly made and slapped together.
Re-ordered the food, and again, same thing.
Nothing fresh, all of it is soggy, cold, or re-cooked to seem "fresh".
Would never go here. Stay away.

I love the worker Rozhina she is very helpful, makes the best coffees and is overall a very nice person to be around

Very quick and efficient, egg was cooked perfect, coffee was great and staff were very friendly ️

Not all on menu available often, meant to be cheap quick on the go food just "FORGETTING THE CHEAP N QUICK! "

Once again I have stood in line with persons ordered after me receiving their orders first, tip, do not order using screens, go to counter and order and pay otherwise the system puts you at the bottom of the list. Then recieved a BBQ bacon Angus with just cheese and paddy, no bacon. Asked for another one and got bacon but no pickles or onion and enough sauce to sink a battleship. So sloppy I couldn't even hold it. Really underwhelmed.

I don't often go to McDonald's. I ordered a chicken salad and coffee. It was surprisingly good.

Manager serving was rude, inefficient, and rude to staff while she herself was scrolling social media at the counter.

6: 30 in the morning and I thought I would have to wait a long time to get my breakfast but as it so happens it's your no time at all the staff were happy and helpful which made my day

Great food fast food but i went to maccas and i go for the experience and unfortunately there was no crackhead and i was quite disappointed

Was on the run the other day. Grabbed a coffee frappe, it was one of the worst thing I have ever had. The ice was non existent, it was over the top sweet with a horrible after taste, I had to throw it in the bin. Serves me right for not having water.

You have to check every time what's in the packet cause there's a high probability it won't match with your order

If you are ordering at this McDonalds, make sure you check your order before leaving and DO NOT even bother ordering through delivery services like UBER, they will hands down forget items of your order every time.

Appalling service. Ordered kids meals via the screens because staff didn't want to serve us. Took forever to get our order. Then again after our meal I ordered 2x 70c ice creams, took over 15mins for 2 cones. Place wasn't that busy, staff more interested in doing uber orders than actually serving people at the branch. Will be going back to HJs from now on

Do NOT go to this location! You will get sent to the waiting bay for an excruciatingly long time. It literally took them 40 minutes to get my meal out to me. You know why? Because they gave my car's order to another car and they drove off with it. And then they forgot about my order and it took them like 15 minutes to make it up again. THEN they overcharged me and added stuff to my order that I didn't ask for. So had to ask for a refund but that never came out (after waiting 10 minutes), so had to go through the drive thru to get it. And by the time the meals got home to the fam, everything was cold.

It's an absolute shame that this Mcdonald's location gets away with everything they do. According to my fellow reviewers, I am not alone in my terrible experience.

Will not be returning, my happy meal was a sad meal. Ronald Mcdonald would NOT be proud of you gilles plains. Improve yourselves or else I fear your location will be destroyed and replaced with carls jr because they actually know how to have good service.

And not to be rude or anything luv's, but ya'll need new employees. I felt like I was ordering at the chum bucket.

Staff here are not responsible for what they are working for. You can pick only 2-3 people who actually want to work for mcdonalds and rest every staff member work for the $ they get from mcdonalds. I came to this conclusion after getting served with all 21 staff members who work their including manager.

Toilet for men is so small that when your using it, you can get hit by the door. Plus they didn't give serviettes on our order. I had to get it on the counter. Small things like shouldn't be asked if your eating in or out.
