McDonald's Gawler

I just wish the staff would smile more and stop forgetting the sauce. Because you my family about 50 bucks!

Yet another idiotic mistake! I went through the drive-thru and ordered a burger without pickles. I get home and there are no pickles and NO BUN! So I'm left with fricken meat patties, lettuce, sauce and cheese. Seriously! I didn't think to check the order on the screen because I didn't ever think that I'd end up without fricken BUNS! Idiots!

Do yourselves a favour and go to KFC across the road instead.

Staff looked disorganised and stressful. Was a longer wait than usual compared to my local maccas.

Well I ordered Basic Cheeseburger and Large Frozen Coke well Burger was Good but The frozen coke was way less then the glass.

This store is absolutely revolting. They always get the orders wrong. Recently dined in here and it was so unpleasant all the staff were screaming out the back most of the time. Fix up your staff this place is a disgrace. Thumbs down.

Walked in lots of laughing from back wIwaited for service. No one came customer said to shout for service did that nothing not even from guy makung coffee. Stuck head around corner and had to ask if somwone was serving. Askex if i still wanted to order. Didnt have what i wanted. Service sooo bad wouldn, t go back. Even customer said it was always like that. Come on manager, gwt your staff in line

Ultra slow service, and it wasn't at a busy time and there were plenty of people working there.

Best maccas for the kids in the region! Wonderful playground ️ reminds me of the 90s when McDonald's playgrounds were way cooler food was good and staff were friendly

Cold hotcakes coffee like warm too many kids working, managers fooling around with the other kids, talk inappropriate in front of customers

Its ok for fast food, tried electronic ordering a bit slow for first time couldn't print receipt still got meal.

Gawler is the best Maccas by far. Prompt table service. Friendly staff. Very clean and a nice place to sit. Something for other maccas to aspire to as most are well below this one. Well done staff

Usually pretty good here but on this occasion they burnt toasted banana bread and the replacement was burnt as well. Toilets were a mess and drinks were spilling down the sides of the cups.

Items were left out of my order again, I was unable to go back to have this sorted because it was extremely busy and I had places to be. Unfortunately this is becoming a regular occurrence whenever I order from the Gawler Maccas.

The food is fairly standard across the range as far as fast food goes, the staff were very friendly and polite, drive thru here is always slow and the lay out of the store in my opinion is confusing and uninviting.

Car park is just a terrible design, the store itself is kept clean and tidy.

Ordered food and drinks to eat in. When it can to entering the table number, their system would not allow me to enter the number shown on the table.
Paid for the meal but just left the number short.
When the meals were delivered to the table, I pointed out that part of the order was missing. The young lady asked what was missing and I told her. Her reply was that the store did not serve that. So I asked why does their system allow you to order something and pay for it when they do not have it.
It beats me how a business the size of McDonald's can be proud of this type of transaction.

I've been a regular customer of McDonald's Gawler since it first opened and have always found the Staff to be very nice, friendly and efficient. The meals are great as is the coffee upgrade!

Orders a $90 meal and they didn't even give us our burgers and drinks bloody pointless 12 year olds

Terrible. Awful customer service, awful customers and cold food. Did not enjoy. Had to wait a very long time for our terrible food. 0/10. Do not recommend.

Staff seem to be in each other's way and food was slow to get to my table. Hygiene could be better too, no hair nets and food handling gloves touch food and their clothes and then food again
