You deserve a 5 Hospitality Award for an outstanding customers service and for the cleanest MacDonalds I have visited for A dine in/Take away in 2023.
You also deserve to be put on map and be visited by TripAdvisor as many people are travelling and you have heaps of parking space (Location! Location!)

This is probably the worst MacDonalds I been to so far this place is so bad that they ran out of CUPS like how can you run out of cups how HOW and they gave me no ice no chocolate toppings and so little foam. It cost $40 dollars for 4 chocolate frappes

Not 24/7 if you don't have a car. If you are looking to gain access to the restaurant on foot it is not 24/7. You must go through the drive through with a car after hours.

Rarely get the order right.
Most times, when going through drive thru, asked to park.
Half the cheese is hanging out of the burger.
I suggest they step up basic training.

I always thought this was one of the best Mecca's in Adelaide,
It had been awhile since I was last there but wow have their standards dropped coffee was so hot and bitter and the egg on my sausage and egg muffin was like rubber and the muffin wasn't good either.
My wife had the pan cakes and were cold.
Really who monitors these because consistency is right out the door

I usually love going to mcdonalds and its always great fresh and yummie so my daughter ordered from the app on my phone well different story she ordered a classic crispy chicken salad and a large flavoured iced latte 2 expresso shot and add hazelnut flavoured
Well got home after picking up the salad were 3 pieces of chicken Lettuce and that's it we were supposed to of got alot more but it was thrown together and the drink didn't taste right I asked the lady about the 2expresso shot and then she put them in and I asked about hazelnut flavoured but the lady she should have done this at the start its clear that it's a communication breakdown between staff I get that they are busy but they weren't when I went down there standing around but after I called the man on phone told me to come down and they will fix it I hope so food like mcdonalds isn't cheap but I still highly recommend mcdonalds as I go 2 times a week with my grandson and the food is usually delicious and the staff is always friendly and always smiling they are well mannered and the the lady manager is outstanding and the young man manager is awesome they try to go above and beyond I will definitely be coming back its just an unfortunate mistake

Would probably rank as one of the worst McDonalds in Adelaide. Likely equal with Woodville. Food was shocking nothing comparable to what McDonalds burgers should be. Not busy yet still not fresh made, chips cold and way to much salt. Watched a guy come out of the store to clean the front of store. Gave a quick circle wipe and went back in. Although carrying a bottle of sanitizer did not bother using. A pure example of training and leadership at this store.

A quick in and out for breakfast. The food was good. The food temperature was fine. Muffin was warm and tasty. Service was good and friendly. Place was clean and tidy.

I love that the play area is inside. It means on a hot day you can still let you children enjoy a play without worrying they'll get third degree burns from a slide.

It was really good experience I had never ever been treated and humiliated like that. The staff worn the blue apron and came to me that she asked the order number. She through the meal on the desk and walked away immediately. Do you really screen your staff? Anyway, I encourage everyone come here and try this attitude?

The food always tastes the same, that's why we buy it. However, when a burger is put together, they need to remember the filling goes inside the bun!

Disgusting service, argued about missing items ordered through Uber. Told me that any refund or replacements had to be made within 60 days and was doing me a favour by replacing the missing items.

Made me wait via drive thru for a medium size latte only to be served so horribly! Tasted like all milk with grains floating on top!
Thanks for the upgrade size and free chips as an apology.but really as a nurse I only needed a good cup of coffee prior to shift.

Extreemly dissatisfied, the manager was rude and quite abrupt. The dining room was disgusting and all bins were overflowing. The food was cold and it was busy so i thought we may get fresh fries but alas they were cold too.
Overall i will not be going back to this franchise

I like Maccas Enfield because usually when I ask for extra cream in my frappe', they put cream on the bottom & the top. Most other Maccas don't.

MCDONALD'S is always a challenge and you know your order may not always be what you ordered (half cold Chips) or looking thru ya blank and calling the next person and you've hardly paid

Food is Always average coz we all know the Burgers are better at Hungry Jack's!

Excellent area for children to play! Lots of tables for parents to watch the children play in the playground.

If I could give a 0 star review I would,
Absolutely the worst place ever.
Waited 15 minutes for my order, and to get told that what I wanted I couldn’t have as they had turned of the grill @8pm, which was outrageous, your a fast food place & open 24 hours, but you can’t offer all food on the menu.
I wasn’t the only person unimpressed.

This is hands down the worst mcdonalds ever to be placed upon this earth, the food from "The Last Supper" wouldve been of higher standards. Imagine you order chips, at 2am. Medium chips. Thats all i wanted. Instead, i got whatever chips they could find that couldnt have been any younger than a 3 year old child. They must not know where the old chip storage is, since i also waited near on 15 minutes, at 2am, for what could only be compared to a bio - hazard.
