30 minute wait all the time in drive through and they alway get orders wrong. Don't bother coming here. Go to another McDonald's.

Absolutely absurd waiting time, actual snail pace through the drive thru, must've taken each car 10 minutes to have their food made

Placed an order for the new Cheesy Angus burger medium meal…got home and this is what I got. $14 later. Staff taking the drive through order switched mid order and it sounded like she really didn’t want to be there. Will never go to Mac Donald’s again. Hungry Jacks is way better.

Wish my kids wouldn't ask me for this c_p,

Missing items everytime in this McDonald. This time forgot happy meal toy even if I requested it. Disappointing

I ordered a triple cheeseburger no pickle.it came with pickle.i ordered nuggets and sauce.i didnt get sauce.my drink didnt even come with a straw.they didnt get anything right

This is what I got, ordered Mac spicy burger and got tender burger with no filling at all, staff is sleeping… give ‘em day off night manager should be sacked

Always try something different to spice up your day. It's a tad too rich though but I love it for its innovativeness & brightness.

Cant say much about macca's that most wouldn't already know. Fast, convenient and usually not that healthy.although they definitely have a lot more healthy options the healthy options tend to be pretty poor quality.so of the more run of the mill products the crispy chicken burger is decent.

Service gone down hill here as has the food. Used to be our frequent mackers. As the burgers always were cooked right, and we like the outdoor area and playground
Recently ordered two small meals took over 10mins to get our food, plenty of orders going out of the drive through, no more smile for service, organized chaos, behind the counter, and we have to use those stupid order pads that never had enough paper in them to give you a receipt.
Disappointing how mackers have reduced the self's to a new low on par with HJs, been eating it for over 20yrs and grandmas tucker shop still has better service and food

First time reviewing a McDonalds because, let's face it you know what to expect from a fast food joint. However service here was so slow (20 minutes during a quiet period for a muffin and juice), the meal was inedible and made incorrectly and staff visibly bickering infront of customers. Might give it a miss in future.

If you had skimmed my food over disinfectant table, it still would tasted like, and also,, won't be going back there again, That's a giving.

Pretty good ngl.cool staff.good energy.fast and well made.have to understand that most of them are underage and have to be patient

Waited 20mins for large chips that never came, I had to repeat my order 4 times, large chips and a regular cappuccino, not that hard, it wasn't busy.

Where do i start. Been coming here for a few weeks and they always mess up the order. But tonight was the last straw. I ordered a grilled chicken snack wrap and the chicken was so dry and old. There was almost no lettuce in there maybe like 5 small pieces. I also asked for 2 slices of cheese and the guy on the headset asked what kind of cheese i wanted so he definitely heard me. But guess what there was no cheese. Verg disappointed and wish i did not waste my money.

Ask for double Mc chicken and I got only one patty instead of two and I have asked for 6 nuggets and see what they have given. If having trouble to pack the orders start the training again. And learn how to pack the orders. Not much of orders in drive through and still missing the items it indicates the recklessness towards customers. Very disappointing

Moreover the lady who served me is very I impatient while I was transferring the money to pay. Not worthy staff to run a big brand

Sometimes they are great, then you go there and the service is shocking, check them out for yourself.
