McDonald's Colonnades II

No sense of urgency, no staff - nothing working (the choc sauce for sundaes was empty so the pump wasn’t working - watched staff scoop out with wooden spoon to serve vs fill it up). Food cold, drink warm flat and half full. Long long wait to be served then longer wait to get food. Unprofessional and definitely not even close to acceptable standard.

It isn’t fast and you could hardly call it food. Keep the soggy salty food and give me my half an hour back! Life is too short to waste on garbage like this!

My daughter was stoked because they didn't skimp on the chips which were also fresh and hot. Very friendly staff

Sorry to rain on your parade but we didn't buy from that store we had a fabulous meal from SUBWAY.

It doesn't matter which store I go to, food is barely warm. Fries always cold. Last visit I had to return quarter pounder it was so dry and cold. Made me a fresh one and it was cold in the middle. I am not in favour of returning at this point to MacDonalds

If I could give 0 stars I would.
The manager was polite when he refunded me my money back after finding a large piece of plastic in my burger three bites in, still don't know if I swallowed any, won't be eating at the Murray Bridge MacDonald's ever again.

Good service by friendly staff. Got what we ordered in no time at all. We thoroughly enjoyed our Family Burger Box, and I enjoy a sneaky cappuccino on those very cold mornings before an early shift.

2/1/23 1600 purchased 1 large capachino 6 nuggets got the nuggets fast but after ten minutes of waiting for my cap I left alot of people waiting for coffee. The manager didn't look impressed you could see it in her face. Not happy service extremely poor

The lady there at McDonald's was very rude, she looked like she didn't get paid well.

Got a family bundle and they forgot four small fries, how hard can it be flipping burgers.

Was only serving one line of drive through. No one at pay window. Refused my card and asked for cash. Wasted 20 minutes and didn't receive what I ordered. Was spoken to rudely. Not on.

Best hashbrowns this week! Also FINALLY someone cleaned the coffee machine and it doesn't taste like burnt dirt. Cashier girl was too busy worrying about what she looked like but she did look great. Make up on point for 8AM Saturday morning.

Too busy getting their uber eats orders ready to even acknowledge the customer standing in front of them. After a few minutes or waiting to be served I walked away.

No frappè for me on Boxing Day of 2021? Still good food, ordered some fries when I went shopping with my mum a while a go

Not much to say really. It's fast food standard.
The chips were pretty tasty to be honest though. A good amount of salt (which is essential) and nice and crispy.
The burger was dry but I assume they didn't just make it solely for me on the spot obviously. Not expected tbh. Drink was a coke for me and it was a coke, nothing more, nothing less.
The only issue is have is the lack of sauce on the burger. Made it dry and unenjoyable and the patty was solid, like I could build a house with it.

All up a 5/10 experience.

Why are all the adult meals so expensive?
I can go eat properly at a cafe for the same price. Boo to you.

Noarlunga McDonald's is quick service with nice staff and a clean shop would recommend to my friends and family
