44 Have to wait 25 minutes for a delivery and had to cancel at the end cause still not ready.
Can’t you guys press ready or put time on app itself to not make drivers wait. And when someone asks for their orders reply respectfully we understand you are busy
Never have thickshakes after 11pm, maybe because they want to get a head start in cleaning the equipment! What happened to giving the customer a good experience? Never any serviettes in the bags, and always cold fries. Maybe you should get some customer services tips from Hungry Jack's!
As a Menulog Delivery Driver, I need to wait more than 45 minutes for pick single delivery. Really bad experience with this Maccas all time.
No idea how this outlet hasn’t been shut down, I have never EVER received the correct order from here. Something is ALWAYS missing - shocking service. I am a local, however I will be driving the extra kms to another McDonald’s. Enough is enough, something needs to change and by reading the other recent reviews, I am certainly not the only one who thinks it!
Not to be that one person, but i requested for an iced chocolate and in return got plain milk.like u gotta take ur time in making sure the order is correct
Why can’t our order ever be right when we order from here. Literally always has a mistake, any time of day or any meal.
FOR THE LOVE OF GOD…. Someone please clean the steam wand, milk jugs and coffee group heads…would go a long way to improve the coffee quality.or maybe just read the training manuals!

Every time I go there, they refuse to take order because they are updating their softwares. This had happened multiple times already. Unbelievable, won’t be going there ever again.
Been here twice. First time I sat in drive thru for 35mins because they forgot my meal. Now on the second time, I’ve been waiting to pay for 23minutes and no service yet, with a line of cars behind us.

No napkins were given the lid was cracked so it got spilled in the car and the chips were stale and had no potato in them
The food was cold and oily.the soft drinks had more soda than flavour.we will never go back there again
Ordered a frozen Coke no sugar. Went to the counter and was told the machine wasn't working. They gave me a normal Coke no sugar- greatly appreciated. As a side note. It seems a lot of different McDonald's seem to have problems with Frozen Coke no sugar not being available - I seem to be regularly disappointed. As a diabetic it was a great option and was the drawcard to go to McDonald's rather than somewhere else - might try again from time to time, but will probably start going to other fast food places.
They don't know how to make coffee and they take their time over making it as well. Why don't they just invest in those 7-11 coffee machines rather than have staff just waste time making subpar coffee
Appeared to be under staffed stressed and not coping. Having to deal with so called priorty Uber orders! As a regular customer at this McDonald 's i am not happy. Also the monopoly promo is a joke cannot win anything
Gave my order to someone else and waited 20 minutes for one burger which they threw across the counte in the bag, the girls on the front counter were more worried about there plans for the night rather than getting the orders right!
Food was missing from the order, had to wait in the waiting bay for a long time and the orange juice that I ordered was heavily watered down to the point of not tasting like orange juice.
Have had better service. But reasonable on this occasion. Expect to be parked in drive thru more often than getting your meal at the drive through window.
