McDonald's Camden Park

Absolute incompetence!
Ordered a highly overpriced quarter pounder meal with bacon. The box had the grill slip attached saying add rasher bacon but surprise surprise no bacon is on the burger. Seems like every time they forget something from the order you'd think it was rocket science.

Worst McDonald's. Burger was just slapped together. My sprite was half full and no ice as well. I know it's fast food. Just be better.

The venue was very dirty with food sitting under tables, tables not cleared. Service was quick as there was not many people there.

Worst customer service I’ve come across extremely rude attitude from a staff member & the food was a sloppy mess I’ll definitely won’t be returning

The staff steal you're monopoly tickets, has happened to me several times here, also the food quality here is horrible compared to other mcdonalds in Adelaide.
I guess they think they can get away with it as there is no other mcdonalds within a 10 minute drive. 0 starz.

Always forget menu items. Quality is average at best. How hard is it to read an automated screen that literally tells you what to put in the bag? Not good enough

Store was dirty, tables sticky from food and we were 1 of 4 groups in the store at 9 pm. Tables were cleaned for us when we asked. Plenty of staff behind the counter.

Can I have a cold cheeseburger, 1 Big Mac but make the patties so small that you open the burger to check if it has meat and a quarter pounder that is full of onion. Wow you guys changed the menu or what? Two stars one for the drink being cold and chips being hot. The rest of the Maccas experience needs a reset at this joint!

Everytime i come here after work they're doing a "system update" no point in having 24 hour service

They constantly get orders wrong. Out of the last five times I've been here, three of the orders have been wrong or missing items. Seems there's little to no quality control. Will avoid this store from now on.

This McDonalds has stuffed up my order multiple times.
I ordered 10 piece chicken nugget meal with McChicken sauce, got given my food with only 9 nuggets and no sauce, with that meal i ordered a medium iced choc and got a medium iced mocha instead.in another order i had ordered medium fries that weren't even half full and that were extremely salty and soggy, they were so bad i had to throw them away.these are one of the many orders they have stuffed up.

Terrible.toilet seat was broken.couldn't get paper out from one broken dispenser in toilet.paper everywhere. I reported it to a staff member.she said thankyou.half an hour later I talked to the manager Ava, and she said yes we know it's broken.no apology.just like talking to a robot. I will never take any of my 7 grandchildren there or to any other McDonald's again.food is overpriced and inferior for what you pay for.

A very busy store but it’s quick and customer service is good, food is consistent.
Dining area is kept well and wiped often.
The booths & stools are comfy and clean.

I ordered coffee & banana bread but only got coffee, so I was able to check bill and was only charged for coffee
So all OK

McDonald's your food is rubbish, and so is your coffee! Rubbish thrown together by people that don't care, and I'm sure management doesn't either.
What a waste of hard earned money!

I went in tonight around 9.15pm to order a customised salad, and my daughter a customised meal. They stuffed it up, again, 3rd time now. I may not have been so ticked off but they gave me a chocolate frappe instead of the salted caramel, which I hate. Didn't discover this till after we got home. Will make the trip to another store. They are so clueless and hopeless at this one.

Disappointing experience with drive thru today. Ordered at 9.41am and asked to wait in a bay for 2 items. Had to call store after 15 minutes about lack of order to be told it had been missed "sorry" and when I stated that this was poor and perhaps the manager might consider a free burger for next visit was hung up on. At 10.07 am meal was finally handed to us with a half hearted sorry and that was it, 26 minutes for a cheeseburger and muffin! Good thing there's another store the same distance from us that we can go to as will avoid Camden Park from now on.

Ordered chicken burger and chips in the drive-thru. Food was hot and fresh. Drive thru service was excellent and fast. Manager Ava was friendly.

early Monday morning, I stopped at the end of a 13 h night shift to quickly grab some food before getting some sleep. And the guy that served me was so bloody cheerful, it was fantastic. He had such an upbeat attitude, made what had been a pretty tough shift just a little bit better.
I didnt get his name but he had a beard, working drive through Monday morning. A+

Meals need more quality control, some days the food is great and other days it's dog food. The enjoyment of the meal really depends on who is cooking at that time. I would say it's about 50/50 as too whether you get a good meal or not.
