Bought a big Mac and chips. Walked in and ordered on the app. I didn't wait too long. Good service

Josh was fantastic today woth both presentation, product and ESPECIALLY customer service. A game changer for the business.

I have been buying takeaway food from this McDonald's for a long time now specially for my clients, and I have to say that I am not impressed for some time. Every time I ask for a receipt, they say that they are out of ink for the printer. This is very frustrating, as I need a receipt for my client's record keeping.

I understand that things happen, and that printers can run out of ink. However, I think that this McDonald's could do a better job of managing this situation. For example, they could have a sign up at the counter that says that they are out of ink, so that customers know what to expect. They could also have a system in place where customers can still get a receipt, even if the printer is out of ink.

Overall, I am not happy with the service at this McDonald's. I hope they fix the issue.

Recommendation:

I recommend that the management of this McDonald's take steps to address the issue of running out of ink for the printer. This could include:

Putting a sign up at the counter to let customers know that the printer is out of ink. Having a system in place where customers can still get a receipt, even if the printer is out of ink.
Ordering more ink cartridges so that the printer does not run out as often.

I ordered 2 × double big mac meals, oh man the french fries so cold and hard and the burgers are even worse, the beef are dry and burnt. I would give it 1/10. Waste of money.

I hesitate to even give one star overall. Worst food ever, l waited for 20 min amongst about 10 other people. I watched them put my burger on the counter then left it for 10 min, then they put it in the warmer. I watched one of the staff sit on his phone behind the behind counter, pretending to make up the order. There was no order, no respect for customers, no one seemed to be in charge, when l finally got the order, it was stone cold burger, double order of fries which I didn’t want and a random sauce in the bag. By the way adding extra fries and random sauce does NOT…. Make it ok. I returned my order and received a refund, thank you. But TOTALLY unacceptable.

It was a very bad experience today. Went to the counter and asked for the breakfast menu. (Muffin. Pan cake etc) Staff replayed that the breakfast menu has finished by 10.30 am.then we ordered few things like chips, shakes, burgers etc. After 10 mins of waiting, the staff came back with the food and said the breakfast menu is still on, and you can order on top if you want. The bad ever experience.

Didn't end up eating there as I try to avoid wherever if possible eating maccas to much sugar and trans fats. Junk/fast food should be a sometimes food

Good point the Mozzarella Sticks are fantastic and worth a star.
The bad
Cheeseburger had no meat - I can't think of an explanation for a cheeseburger with no burger. Bun, Mustard, sauce and cheese. Why?
Nuggets - they can't count, the rest must have been left behind.
Sauce - there was none
Fries - not cooked, not really edible.
I can't recommend ordering from here. Maybe go here if you are in store so you can check you have everything and get them to complete the order.

Limited availability of kids juice, limited chairs, and no food trays when dining in. Food quality is good as usual, staff friendly.

We had 4 with our meals and when I asked for sauce they said < finished > don't have any.

Brought a large double burger meal it was total rip off for $13.
Customer service was totally very very bad. Staff dont answer your questions when asked.

Always a long wait even on orders done thru their app. Seems to be short staffed. Long lines and queue. Would not recommend for a fast food order.

I am working on the Centre, can’t remember how many times make my order wrong, or missing an egg, or missing a sausage, or waiting for super long. Please make some changes, it’s not that difficult.

We had the chicken salad what a waste of money 6 little pieces of chicken lettuce and a few slices of tomato and there was no dressing and it cost $9.00

They are always so overworked in this store and they do they're best.got no problems with here.

This is still the dirtiest mc Donald's store in Adelaide! I feel sorry for the people who work there. Very polite, crew are nice. Comes down to bad training. And this store always looks broken down. Should be closed down or renovated. Don't know why I bothered, I bought a cheese burger and the cheese is hanging off the side mostly stuck to the paper and as usual they can't be bothered putting onions on.

If your opening hours state 7.30 am, try opening at your advertised hours. I've wasted 45 minutes waiting when I could have gone elsewhere.staff are clearly visible from inside.terrible behaviour!

Haven't been there for over a year, staff are much better this time, so I give this McDonald a four star rating
