McDonald's

I genuinely don't get the negative reviews. My visit described below,

Cleanest loo you could find, considering they're usually not great
Food was fast, tasty and hot
Tea was perfect
Staff very friendly and went out of their way
Also seemed to be very happy

Compared with the McDonald's I was at the day before, where staff were obnoxious and they managed to mess up a cup of tea, this one was an absolute pleasure. After reading the reviews I even looked around for dirty tables etc and found nothing wrong whatsoever. Would certainly return of course.

Worst service ever. As I was in an online meeting, I requested table service which was obviously too much for the young person who brought it to me and threw it rudely on the table. The tables were dirty and bins overflowing. First visit will be my last!

Got our drive through order wrong (missing food) and no serviettes. It’s not the first time either

Chair and tables were dirty, bins overflowing on the floor. The staff do not care about hygiene or customer service. Watched an Indian boy grab some gloves and for some bizarre reason he chose to blow into the gloves before putting them on? Not sure if that’s just a common occurrence at this store as none of the workers or the manager seemed to care or notice. Felt sick after that, won’t be visiting again that’s for sure.

It was busy but had to wait 30 minutes to get my order taken, missing food. They gave us sweet and sour when we said we wanted ketchup. Workers attitude was also not good. Not happy!

Ordered lunch & breakfast for 5 people (lots with special orders) via app and drive thru pick up. I ordered 5 minutes before breakfast finished and order was completed perfectly and by friendly staff. I was very pleased with the 100% accuracy of the order - most mc Donald's can't do this!

Service is shocking, ran out of water, ketchup not even a serviette to wipe our hands. All the while happy to have taken our $48 worth non edible food
Disgusting shall never visit again

Horrible atmosphere in this restaurant. Not one single staff member (Manager included) had a name badge on. The girl that bought our food out had no idea what she was doing and the order was stuffed up. Wouldn't recommend

One of the worst McDonald's i have been to, staff are always too busy having a chat to do their job, takes ages to be served even when no one else is there. Order's have been wrong more often than right, and then they get extremely hostile when you make complaints about the order being wrong

So nice of the staff to not give me what I ordered. Was meant to get 6 large chips and they decided to keep two for themselves.

I ordered the garden salad with my Angus beef burger & the salad consists of a bit of lettuce and 2 slices of tomatoe. Should have gotten the fries. But was trying to eat health.

Shocking. I can't say anyones ever got a sundae wrong but here we are. Burger also wrong. Iced latte also wrong. It was around 11pm. I could be wrong but was it just 2 people doing everything? Didn't see anyone else.weird. Felt sorry for the two staff it's really no wonder they got it all wrong. 2 people doing 10 people's work. Will avoid at all costs.

Extremely slow service. I waited at the pay window for nearly 10 minutes before someone showed up, and when they did, there was no apology or explanation at all. After that, there was another 10minute wait to collect the coffee, with no apology or acknowledgement of the long wait time.
This is certainly not a 'fast food' establishment. I DO NOT recommend.

Wow any slower and I was going to head in and start helping.

Staff more interested in talking than serving people I needed help to order due to using a machine rather than people

1 thing you cant get here is customer sevice. Rude and ignorant staff. Machines werent working to pay with eftpos. No one at counter to serve and pay. Staff tossing peoples orders on the counter like rubbish. Another one sticking her finger up at either another staff member or myself, Wasnt sure as was directed my way. In the end walked out after 15 minutes of not being served and being the only customer in there waiting at counter. Pathetic.

I understand the worker are kids but acting like it when you waiting for you food is another thing. Throwing xmas balls around the place, one rolled all the way to the entrance. When someone behind the counter said stop still continued. Wasn't a good look at all. Usually this place is really good. Unsure where the manager was or why it was allowed.

This place is great, got a wrap from here, and was exactly how I wanted it, nice and fresh, anyone reading this should get a wrap from here. The wrap is a half grill half crispy Caesar wrap that had add normal cheese, add barbecue sauce, ask for the chicken to be fresh, will have to wait but is worth the wait.

Bad service and cold food the staff were on there phones instead of making food and they messed up my order twice and there too busy talking about Christmas trees

Useless staff

Ordered a toastie. Adds make them look cut in half. But no. I watched the man on today. Pick up it with hood bare hands, dump it in a bag then gives it to me not looking at me disrespectfully out the window. Didn’t say anything and walk off.
