McDonald's

I went to this McDonald's to dine inside for the first time to meet a friend for coffee and chats. It's clearly one of the newer McDonald's and was very clean and modern, but has a kind of sterile feel to it. There's a lot of room to sit (booths and tables).
I ordered a coffee (iced latte) through the MyMaccas app, and it took roughly 10 minutes to receive it, but there was a fair amount of younger kids at the counter taking a while to order. I ordered food through the app when my friend arrived and it was quick and was hot and fresh.
Staff were friendly, though clearly under the pump.
I've used their drive through before and they're the Maccas to go to if you don't want your order messed up and items forgotten like at the West Croydon one.

I wanted a frappe and a McFlurry but I was denied. I am not angry, I am just disappointed in this lack of service and respect I felt this evening. I hope that you fix this unforgiveable event for the future

They guarantee getting your order wrong 100% of the time. Burgers are stale, staff unorganised, manager is rude. Just do yourself a favour and drive to the next branch which is 5 minutes away.

We ordered ice cream and got soup it is terrible and took 40 minutes for four soft surveys

Ordered a small cheeseburger meal with an extra cheeseburger at 1am on a Friday night & there was only one other car being served. The fries were barely warm & cardboard would have been tastier. We went back through the drive thru & asked if we could have some fresh fries & all they did was give us a large serve of the same, barely warm & tasteless sticks of potato! Avoid & go to Hungry Jacks instead.

I hate to give negative reviews - however the Food was absolutely horrible. Ordered 2 burgers. One was completely stone cold as if it was just pulled out a fridge, the other was Luke warm at best. I also sat in the drive thru for at least 15 minutes waiting to be served. No apology for waiting and staff really didn't seem to care all that much.

Highly recommend avoiding this store.

After a few visits, firstly this McDonald’s needs to stop advertising that it is open for 24 hours it IS NOT. After midnight you get the script of we are recalibrating? Secondly, the service is so hit and miss. Items forgotten from the order on many occasion. I’d rather drive to another store

Service is horrible, food usually comes cold and stale, members of staff are extremely rude, they leave customers waiting for sometimes up to 20 minutes for something simple like a burger and drinks and are charging people for free water and they blame their customers for their horrible service. The building is also extremely dirty and disgusting to walk in and eat. I must congratulate one employee there though for amazing service, a major standout from every other McDonald’s experience, I can’t remember his name but he’s a younger kid. Around 14-15, blonde hair. He always puts the extra effort in to speak to customers with and he is always working extremely hard and efficiently. He is sadly the sole bastion of good service at this venue. But apart from that, I wouldn’t recommend coming here, worst McDonald’s in the state and the by far the worst McDonalds I have ever stepped foot in

Disgraceful and disgusting are words that come to mind.
I went through the drive through on Saturday afternoon and was greeted at 2nd window by a woman who was not dressed in the McDonald's uniform. Instead she was wearing very dirty casual clothes. She kept wiping her hands on her pants and there was grease marks all over them. She looked dirty and to make matters worse she wasn't wearing any gloves when she was putting food into the takeaway container. She also wasn't wearing her face mask appropriately, it was down around her neck.
Seriously, this woman looked filthy and could have been a cleaner helping out, which would have been fine if she was clean.
This is the only Maccas in Adelaide I've seen such a thing and it's poor reputation in my opinion is warranted.
They obviously don't care about hygiene

Disappointing when you order table service and they still try and get you to come collect your order from the counter. Fries were dry. Never have I ever. 2 stars for an okay coffee and muffin. 0 stars for everything else.

Literally the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. I initially gave it a few goes thinking the slow service/low quality/mistakes to order were a one off but it happens every visit. Continuously get wrong orders or faulty items (got a chocolate thick shake that had zero chocolate flavour, Oreo McFlurry with 1/3 of the normal amount of Oreo etc). The service is poor and slow, also concerns with hygiene as staff would use the screens to take orders/handle money would then go cook food without washing hands in between (witnessed one staff member do this before handing the chip fryer and pack food orders). Also saw staff members chucking chips into bags with chips going everywhere. Food is repeatedly of low quality or under cooked. Will never go back to this McDonalds

Sad excuse for a McDonald’s. From the consistently sulky and sullen attitude of staff and relaxed approach to food, it is patently clear the morale and work place culture is low — the training and hiring processes need some serious review. I’ve seen the bar gradually lowered for fast food places; acceptable to a point, this place however has scoured new depths. Unless you’re desperate and can look past the above, it would be a good idea to avoid this place.

Drive through was very busy, so we waited 20 mins to be served in the restaurant. We ordered on the app, so our sundae was melted by the time we were served and got to collect our order. Very poor service. Everytime we go there, something always happens!

Went through the drive through and 5 people were served before me. I told the guy at the window and he took my order and missed half of it. Really not impressed, the girl at the last window was really unapologetic and asked us to line up again. Terrible service, expected better

Despite being busy at the time, staff were on the move and although not as fast as normal, they were excellent given the demand for junk food at the time.

I've been to many different McDonald's restaurants and generally the service is of a high standard. But the service at this restaurant tonight was by far the worst I've ever experienced at any McDonald's restaurant ever.
Firstly the wait time - I waited 15-20 minutes for my order to be brought out to the counter. My order was relatively simple - a small double cheeseburger meal. While I waited, Uber Eats orders were accumulating on the bench despite at least 4 delivery drivers waiting for orders. The staff were totally lacking in any system or coordination and clearly looked like they wanted to be somewhere else. They looked confused. Nobody seemed to be in charge or controlling things. When my food did eventually come out, the staff member gave me a very disingenuous "Sorry about the wait" like she was just following something from a training manual. So then I sat down to eat the food. You would think that after such a long wait, the food would be piping hot. Not at all. The chips had cooled and were flexible rather than crispy. The burger too was only just warm. I like my food hot, not warm.
As I threw the packaging in the bin, I noticed how dirty the area was around the bin. Clearly with the chaos behind the counter, nobody has time to clean the restaurant. Although I've had good experiences at this restaurant before (mainly for breakfast), I will not come here again.

Disgusting fillet of fish was just the worst ever the bun was hard as and smelt off will never go there again Yuck YUCK YUCKDOESN'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR

A quarter pounder with no sauce, and a $5+ 'real coffee shake' that was literally a molten softserve with no coffee. You have genuinely ascended to a paradigm-shattering level of money stealing and incompetence.

Workers on Friday 13th about 2pm were terse one female blonde came to window and said move around the corner because my order weren't ready.she didn't ask nicely she demanded

Needed more staff on, the ones there were under so much pressure. Waiting customers were getting agitated. Mainly the uber eats drivers.
