If I could give less than 1 start, I would. Every single time I order Uber eats, I am missing items every time! Worst maccas ever. I pay the extra delivery fee to get it from a maccas further away because they at least pack all the food I pay for.

WHAT A LAZY DISGRACE OF STAFF
App showing the restaurant open. I placed the order online and deducted money from my account but when I went there restaurant was closed
On 26th Oct. I ordered 24 nuggets and a large drink through the mobile app. Picked up through drive-way. I was soo disappointed that the nuggets were soo oily. It literally can be seen directly. I was too late, that I opened it only after reaching home, otherwise I have returned it on the spot. Next time if anyone is buying the same, pls have a look before leaving the store.
Also, the staffs not even showed the manners to serve the serviettes. Very poor hospitality.
For the notice of Manager in charge, pls give proper training to your staff.
Wait for coffee is always atleast 10mins minimum in drive thru even if noone infront of me orders coffee

Have received the wrong order here many times. The last time it happened, the girl blamed us for the mishap claiming that we did not order two meals, even though she gave us two drinks, go figure.
Unsure what has happened here but it has gone downhill recently.
The chicken was extremely RUBBERY however they did replace it, but was expecting more as we waited a while. No extra chips or anything.

came with lettuce cheese
Back through drive through 2nd order no meat inside this time
20min later got the correct order with Mega amount of sauce swimming in it un eatable

The quickest maccas in the known universe. The cream on the frappe tasted like it was a bit sus. Cm
Shocking counter service. Simple muffin meal, 15 min wait. Drive thru clearly priority, not happy
This Maccas is our family favourite. When you compare yo others, this one has great and quick customer service. They get your order right every time and the entire restaurant is always clean. It has a welcoming and cosy atmosphere.

Cleanest and nicest Macca’s restaurant I’ve ever been into.
It’s so hard when ordering for kids with allergies, this is the only restaurant that got my order right the first time. Could not have asked For a better experience.
Even though this is not our closest Maccas store, it is now our preferred store. Will definitely be returning!

They got my order wrong and i complained, they just roll their eyes at me like im in the wrong. You get a new order and it still isnt correct. I dont understand how a large quarter pounder meal with just the meat and cheese and extra hot is so hard?
Could not order Delevery re menulog. Found out they were up grading there system. I tryed for 1 hour. Have had food before ok.
*They have a sign advising high risk face mask but none of there staff are wearing masks.why is the customer going to then.follow by example.
The staff also can't tell the difference when you order 10 chicken nuggets, they give you 10 chicken piece feed instead. The chicken was more bones, and not tasty in any way. It also took 8 minutes till asked for my order when I was they only person queue. 11 customers approx at tables eating/drinking.
