McDonald's

I couldn't believe my eyes when we walked into a MacDonald's with 0 staff at front of house service. Everything is prepared out the back, you serve yourself with the kiosk and then wait a very long time for someone to bring your food. No customer service at all, very sad this is what it is coming to. I understand this may be a prevention for abuse, but customer service is the base of your business.

The ice cream had melted and the grape frozen slushi was half full and had no flavour in it - Poured it down the drain.

Definitely not fast service, waited at drive thru for over 10 minutes for a drink, YEP 1 drink which comes from a machine with a single touch.
Just to note - approximately 1500 Thursday 1/6/23.

It's just not worth going to McDonalds now! The food is horrible, (and so very much smaller than it ever used to be!), there is no service at all and I personally waited for an extremely long time for a simple order, which ended up being wrong anyway! I'm going to avoid it now.

Had a great breakie McMuffin but abit let down as I was about to have my hot cakes and it had no fork set, no butter and no maple syrup?

Disappointed with off cucumber and mushy cherry tomatoes in the Crispy chicken salad. Called to tell manager and she did not care.

Waited 5 minutes to be served because I was paying with cash andbthe front counter was unmanned, if this is the new way MacDonalds is going they can loose my business

Dryer than a nuns nasty. Also if you would like a coffee minus the coffee and just milk, head here.

Waited 32 minutes for order. Which then had to be sent back due to both wrong food items and missing food. After 40 minutes food order was still wrong but couldn’t wait any longer for staff to get it right. My advice if you need to wait 45 minutes for a simple food order at McDonald’s try some of the wonderful cafes and restaurants the Barossa has to offer instead, as this chain definitely isn’t a FAST food option.

How do you manage to stuff up the order over and over again, everytime its missing something! Or something completely different to what you order!

We had placed an order yet it was wrong on the screen.corrected it at the drive thru window and got food worth of $40.my mother had asked for a cheese and tomato toastie and she’s vegetarian but got a ham and cheese toastie instead.not the first time, this is terrible and we are very disappointed in the service we have been getting.it’s not even rush hour/busy so getting an order correct shouldn’t be a hard thing.now i’m doubting if our latte is even lactose free due to the irresponsibility.

If it was possible to give a ZERO RATING, I would. I have been to McDonald’s in every state of Australia and this has been the worst experience ever, from the food to the staff attitude and the manager. The manager should be the one to pull everything together, but was the total opposite. Told me I was rude when all I asked for was my order to be correct. Asked for extra hot coffee with sweetener and got milky, cold coffee with no sweetener. My burger had the back end of the tomato, which was terrible. I could not eat it. I told I was tired, as we had been travelling for hours and the manager told me they were also tired. I never experienced such a bad and unfriendly attitude at any of the McDonald’s I have visited. I will NEVER, EVER return to this store!

This would hafto be the worst mcdonalds in Australia.
Been to the store over 8 times now not once was the order right or complete.

The manager is all of 16 with a shocking attitude and a foul mouth.

Young Staff, but they try. Have had dealings with manager on site a couple times, have been good to deal with.

Very slow service over 15mins waiting time for a simple meal should have been told absolutely a joke and won't waste my time stopping here again

Ordered at the kiosk. No staff to be seen anywhere. It was like the place was abandoned. Finally got my order literally thrown at me before they disappeared again. Drink half full, so had to wait for them to reappear to throw food at the next customer to have it addressed. Slow for food to come. Fries tepid & soggy. Burger falling apart & almost cold. Not happy.

Not much consistency in how good the food is but when it is good it is amazing. Long wait times when eating in though.
