Wasn't really a busy night but they focused on getting drive through and uber style platforms done before even attempting to finalise orders for in restaurant dinning area we waited over 40 mins for a family box I could see our order being pushed aside every time a new drive-thru or Menulog/uber platform order came in
Not a big fan of their food anyway but when majority rules when family orders out you go with the flow
Sorry but won't be so keen to do that again.

McDonald's is McDonald's outrageous prices but plenty to spend on the Atmosphere

Listen to the complain about other customers while walking around like headless chickens and taking forever to make a couple drinks a burgers, I know you guys are mostly teenagers but come on, do better.

Service was friendly and nice but the coffee not so much.
Nothing worse then getting burnt bitter coffee and to top it off not adding in the sugar and hazelnut syrup which was paid for either is just slack.

Possible the dirtiest McDonald’s I have ever walked in. No hand soap in disable/kid toilet- so grotty. Chips were cold. Girl employee threw something from front of shop to the back of the shop to hit another employee. Went through drive through but went inside to use facilities. 12pm 27/8/23 only positive is the employee tht took my order, money and handed out were friendly

Do not go here to buy a coffee, I have been here both at night and today during the morning to get a flat white and on both times, the coffee was barely hot, in fact it tasted like cold milk had been poured into the cup and then given to me, the staff need to be taught how to make a hot coffee

The lettuce was brown and it was like they squished all of my burgers into a ball between your hands before giving it to me.

They are burgers not stress balls

Today, I had a good positive experience with them. I ordered my coffee but my NFC payment didn't work for some reason, so they gave me the coffee for free. How nice!

Wasn't to busy, lots of uber orders being prepared.service was quite quick considering. Meal order was correct to well done by staff.

Horrible service wasted my money on a order I didn't receive and no offer of a refund. Waited for a coffee that wasn't even my order. I ordered a large latte they brought me a standard. I already waited 10mins for it and was running late for work. Won't be going back there ever again.

Always get the order wrong when I get uber eats it's awful. So many bad experiences. And now half the machines do not work. Wish this was not my closest!

If I could give no stars I would! Absolutely joke this place. EVERY single time they have stuffed up my order! On my daughters loaded gravy fries they put caramel sauce.wait in waiting bay only for them to get it wrong again! Better off knocking the place down.

Attended today with wife, looking for a meal and one of the advertised Tim tam Macflurries.
Tried ordering at one of the person-less screens. Couldn't find Macflurries. Went to counter, waited. It was pandemonium in the kitchen. Don't know why. It was after 2pm, the drive thru had only 2 cars and We were the only people trying to order. Dining room had 1 person.
Asked Macflurries? - reply no soft serve. Surely they have at least 2 of the soft serve machines. How could both be broken?
Scratch the TV and Internet special Macflurries. That was a waste of advertising dollars.
Ok, completed order minus Macflurries. Table number? What number? Oh, get it yourself from the counter. Paid by card at the personless machine. Error, printer error. Again up to the counter. Reported problem, sort of who cares answer. Went back to personless machine to see if I could CANCEL. No.
Waiting at the table, staff approached, can't have 2 chicken wraps. What? One grill and one other, ok? Food came, couldn't tell which wrap was which. Mine, the burnt chicken added flavor. At least the lettuce was fresh. And for a change I didn't mind it had no dressing, give my gastric ulcer a rest.

Ok, fluid in, fluid out. Trip to men's toilet. On entering, I thought I had stepped down to the sub level 6 of the Titanic. Flood! Obvious it wasn't new. Surely one of the male staff had to use this flooded toilet in the last 48 hours? Surely? No one noticed? I reported it to the manager who tried to look surprised.
Left. Sorry, this maccas won't be seeing us again.
Do yourself a favor, there are several better ones within 5 minutes drive.

Give correct change because they rip you off while playing around the till. They also make you repeat your oder twice on intercom.

Very rare that I get the right order given. Can do better on their coffee. Workers should always check if the item is in the bag.

Waiting time is unacceptable at times, and they need to splash the cash on those toilets, they are disgusting

Whoever was on the shift to make burgers at 12.15pm today should get more shifts. Best put together burger I have ever seen come out of a maccas store.

Ordered a mcspicy and the patty was that old it was literally hurting my teeth trying to bite into it so disgusting should be better precautions taken especially when it comes to chicken. Second time this has happened too

Ordered a double quarter pounder with no onions, no pickles, and add bacon. There was no pickles or onions, but also no bacon. There was also a hair melted into the cheese. Absolutely disgusting. Staff are clearly not paying attention and it shows in the horrible food.

Came in for coffee after a football game. Had issues with the self service ordering kiosks. 2 out of the 4 were not working, wasnt going to try the others and just went up to the counter and advised the girl. Her response was "why dont you try one of the others ".
. No thanks, I'll just order over the counter.
Didn't have to wait too long for coffees to arrive. Must admit, the coffee was good.
