Amazing place to train, having just started out with Mayhem and feeling very scared and nervous I was very welcomed and made to feel apart of the team straight away. The trainers are fantastic and very helpful and I now look forward to training every week.
I started with the Mayhem Team with a goal of marathon before I was 50. Brad and Dior with their Team helped me achieve my goal at 47. I was able to attend Bootcamp, PT sessions and the Running Group, as well as, providing me with programs to follow when I was away matched with nutrition programs and confidence to succeed.
