The one common problem with the job search providers is there is not enough two-way communication. There needs to be a constant exchange of information between the consultant and the job seeker. This is of vital importance if there is to be any success in securing employment.
A farce - once again another service lacking empathy and organisation. Unable to plainly tell me what I need to provide them - rather a faux 'we're here to help' song and dance. Aim is to get graduates into menial jobs rather than support them in finding work in the field they're now paying uni debt for.
Had the pleasure working with Mary in the short time span I was here. Mary was super friendly, helpful and patient with me - allowing me to take things at my own pace until I needed help. I was never forced to do anything I didn't want to which I appreciated. Thank you so much Mary and the team!
Slowest mob of Admins I have seen for a while. Waiting for more than half an hour means bad time management. And these people have jobs.
Absolutely appallingly service.
Have been cut off or payment stopped for 8 weeks straight because I didn't answer a call.
They didn't even do a follow up call or courtesy call with me instead just cut me off and each time I had to call housing and other services because of direct debits.
Totally false in what they do and no consideration for people who study
Once was a great job network provider. Since changing over there is no communication. I have rang them 3 times not one call back. I would rate no stars but I have to rate a minimal. I am now looking for a new job network provider. Thanks for no effort in the past few weeks
