Not the best, seen them lecture someone who was working 3 jobs to look for another additional job, my worker was rude and pushed jobs even when I was on exemption, they had me connected to 2 job providers at once had me applying for a list of additional jobs so applying for 50-58 jobs a fortnight when I'm on disability and my job search limit should be under 20 job applications a fortnight. After all that bull my worker reports me because my family member told them off over the phone for speaking to me rudely they overheard my worker speaking to me during my phone appointment. So because she reported me saying a person who wasn't a nominee spoke to her over the phone rudely center link added another mandatory appointment everyweek plus I have to now ontop of applying for the 50 plus jobs print out my resume and apply for another 10 additional jobs. Plus mandatory volunteer work 2 days a week 9-5 no pay. Don't get me wrong i want a job but im tried of the abuse.

Matt was the best consultant I ever had! Friendly, funny and relatable. He actually cared about his clients. Whenever he ends up I hope he thrives.

Shocking! Always say they are going to call you, then they don’t. Then you get cut off Centrelink for not attending your phone call every month but it’s them who are shocking. Last time I got cut off Max Employment told me it’s because they didn’t have my number which I find hard to believe.
Thankful I've found a full time job and won’t have to deal with them again.

They are not bad people that work at max modbury but I found them very unprofessional with their lack of communication for not only myself but with others in well known and reputable organisations.
Looking at overall reviews for this compamy my feedback speaks for itself.

Rude, aggressive staff that try to use wrong interpretation of rules to bully you into taking jobs you aren't suited for so that can get you out of the door.

In less they a month Matt has managed to help me get into the course I wanted and helped with interview clothes, his been friendly and encouraging right from the first time I saw him, my last job provider I was with for 7 years couldnt do what Matt did in less then a month. He checks up a me weekly. Cant say enough how much of a good job provider he is. He always seems like he generally cares.

By far one of the most useless job providers in Adelaide, if you are assigned here, especially to the Modbury branch ask for a transfer ASAP.

My consultant ignored me over a span of 3 months where I was calling weekly to try and organise help finding work, every time the receptionist told me she'd call back, she never did.

They provided no help or support at all. Eventually I had to transfer myself to a new provider.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Terrible company built on profit margins and not on helping vulnerable people. Maxine is absolutely appalling at her job. She has no idea who her clients are and doesn't even background check each client before she talks to them on the phone. The amount of times I've had to repeat my situation to her is ridiculous. She actually got enjoyment deducting demerit points even though I was in communication with her and explained that I was working. I never even got the demerit points back even though it was through no fault of my own. This company is completely fraudulent and DO NOT follow the legislation created by Centrelink. Be very careful if you choose to go through Max employment - they have no interest in finding you a job. I was employed the whole time I was with Max and they still treated me like a second class citizen. You are told to communicate if you are unable to attend an appointment (due to WORKING) and no one answers the phone or returns calls, yet you will get text messages daily saying "Call Max employment URGENTLY". People are already stressed enough as it is trying to make ends meet and find employment without the harassment via text and phone. It's ridiculous - this company needs to be audited.

They don't even deserve the one star I had to put. They never return phone calls. When you finally get through to them there's no apology for not getting back to you. Twice now, I've had my payment suspended because my consultant didn't put me down for a valid reason for not attending (doctor's certificate which is a valid reason) so I had to chase them up to get them to fix it. My consultant ignores emails I send. I've been here almost four years now I think and they haven't helped me get a job at all. I wish, so much, I could be transferred to another provider. It's not good enough.

Thought it was meant to be an accomodating place for people struggling with mental illness, that each individual would be assessed on their own personal issue unlike a Workskil where everyone is lumped in the same. But so far it feels exactly the same, sometimes even worse. There’s no real consideration for whatever you may be struggling with and how it can limit your ability to do basic functions. They are actually making me feel worse about everything and going there now gives me huge anxiety. I hate it. The system is wrong

They are a scam because they are designed to betray you to save the government money. Because they are betraying you, you are then more likely to get a job because you will try to get away from them. Once you get a job, they get payments.

Useless organization, been going here for maybe 2 years and they haven't helped me secure a single job, they send you text msgs saying things like "remember your appointment tomorrow" even though you never spoke about any appointment or organized one then if you call them you will find you never even had one, workers here are allways calling in sick too

I rang Max Employment regarding being unable to attend an appointment as I had to take my 89yo father to hospital. The receptionist assured me that was fine "that's a valid reason". Then, to my shock, horror and disgust, I received an text message late Friday evening to say my benefits had been suspended as I missed an appointment! Seems, despite doing the right thing and because others don't do their job you are victimised. This is at a time when I least need this it as my dad's about to undergo cancer treatment.

All the staff that I've dealt with have been really nice and helpful.

Most of the negative reviews I'm seeing here are likely from the type of people that don't do what they are meant to do, get their payments shut down and then complain that it's someone else's fault.

Very bad job network agency I've been their member for1 year and the half and they are not doing anything for you they don't help you at all to find job. They tell you if you can't find or struggling to find job to change industry.
