Had these guys comment on my weight as well as make me feel down but they also found me a job and become a member of society thank you for the tough love

I have to compliment the staff at Eliz, my consultant & other team members have given me the support & confidence to push me out of my comfort zone to further my studies and to obtain my Learners permit.
They have provided me with assistance in many ways without any hesitation, to help me with trying to gain employment. I am very grateful for the ongoing assistance & confidence they have helped me to achieve.

I got a job and they are making my life hard cutting my payments every couple of days because I cant attend appointments due to working 5 days a week
I've asked multiple times to do appointments over phone but they won't
Will be changing providers

Terrible service found myself a job max said they would help with work clothes n transport. I made an appointment then when I went my consultant wasn't there was told someone would ring me when they finally did they sorted my clothes and told me I had to wait to get another call back for transport and they never did call So now I have no way to get to work on my first day thanks for the assistance max

Most useless employment provider there is.

Every single session, you're required to rock up and hop on the PC and find jobs. There is nobody there to sit down with you, ever. Finding jobs is suppose to be done at home, which is a requirement.

Don't understand how this place is still up & about.

Waste of time, the staff don't care at all about helping anyone with anything i called them more then 3 time they never answer the phone. They mix up face to face appointments with phone appointments and reschedule the appointment with out notifying you. I was on the phone more then one hour with no answer.

Useless, Deserves zero star

I regret switching to this company.

They have not helped me to find work and I have tried contacting them many times. Also send me a message that I have an appointment with them but never calls me and then sends an sms saying that I am required to meet my obligations but they never contact me even though the message Says that they will be the ones to contact me.

Goran helped me with some interview tips (self confidence) and has been a great help in getting things on track he is very easy to get along with and is always patient and willing to help.

My job provider Gordon is amazing always helping out in what ever ways he can has built up my confidence to start my cert 3 in business on the alffie course is always calling up checking up on my well being and how I am generally going. All round best work I have ever had thanks heaps mate

I am not very good with computers. Peter helped me set up my mygov and a email and then showed me an easy way to put my jobs on. He was ace and he made me feel confident. Still hate computers but just sayin.

Went for a job interview They arranged, I'm unsuccessful. They call me and Accuse me of sabotaging my interview. Applied me for jobs that require a forklift licence, I don't have one. Nor will they aid me in getting one.
Only had one good consultant there and that was back in September 2017

Apart from my consultant not helpful should take the word employment out of title I'm desperate to work want to work need to work but no help!

Always never there, they switch desks more then they help you looking for employment you'll have more phone appoiments asking how ur going then anything else. That's not support considering I'm a single mother needing employment by July and i haven't herd a work from them in weeks

Not good enough, most of us are genuine and want work, we don't care for the fake smile and nice personality, we want an employment agency that is capable of doing their job and helping us find work.
I keep asking every time i go there to find a way to help me get a job, two years on and nothing from them, all appointments with them are pointless, they just ask if i looked for work and that's final.
I wonder what they get paid to do because to me an employment agency should contact businesses and try to match people with the right job, talk to business owners, make an effort to do something.
If that was me, i would call businesses, i would tell them why i think this and that person is perfect for the job, i would ask if possible to get that person on some kind of training at least to gain new skills. Instead these people put you on work for the dole working for a business that has nothing to offer. They only care about short them results because at the end of the day they get paid based on how many people they have on their list so they keep you unemployed as long as possible if they can.
I was told by one kid working there that she will make a few phone calls and get back to me, two weeks on nothing, i haven't heard form her. I noticed Max Emp.had a few vacancies for which i am surely qualified and i applied for all of them over and over and not once did they consider even an interview, simply because they see those of us listed with them as retarded.
I worked in my own retail business for more than ten years, now i want to work for someone, these people did nothing to help me the last couple of years. Now they send me to do work for the dole in a stupid retail second hand shop which leaves me with no new skills but a waste of time because i already know everything so this is not beneficial to me in anyway. They don't even let you do work for the dole in the area of work you want so that you have a chance at something long term.
I look at what they do every day and i now believe that even a child can do their job, easy job and poorly done.
Most people need help with resume, interviews, confidence, skills, education to get off unemployment for good. Most people are on drugs, other depressed, others have no clue how to dress or to behave, no social skills at all and this employment agencies should address these issues and help them, coach them for long term success. Lazy bunch who do nothing and get paid to do nothing. SHAME THAT THIS COUNTRY FAILS TO SEE WHERE THE PROBLEM IS.

Was a bit hesitant at first too begin with (stress of previous employment) but then calmed down and seen the bigger picture.lovely bunch of people that work there and well spoken!
