A doctor pried way too much and really offended me to the extent I screamed, so I don't go here for GP anymore.don't bother. Edit: they only offer ingive feedback AFTER I publicly shame them. When I went into counter and asked if I could give doctor feedback they denied me. Then they never learn and continue to support people that insult you and give you weird faces when you express things to them.

I have been coming here for 10 years and have no reason to change. I've been seeing the same doctor for all these years & I know I am in good hands. When I have had to book with a different doctor, the other doctor knows my history, is understanding and helps me with the problem I have. There have been a few occassions when I have had to wait 15 or 20 minutes, but there is always an apology when I am seen and I know that the wait is because these doctors will do everything in their power to help their patients.

Charged a full appointment fee for a 4 minute phone consult to obtain scripts for ongoing medication I’ve been taking for years. Ridiculous.

On time appointment, no waiting time if you booked, Great Service, Five stars for my Doctor Dr. Jasneet Ahuja. Always received good response from her. Thanks Doctor

Just spoke to one the receptionist. I recently just had my second miscarriage and had an app to see the doctor tomorrow. I was calling to see if it will even be worth coming in for the appointment as I have lost the baby. Receptionist was extremely rude to me, I started crying and didn’t get much help from her. I understand reception can not give medical advise however I was just wanting to chat to see what my options were in this difficult situation.

Pretty good service, glad a particular doctor is no where there anymore, long time ago but didn’t diagnose a fatal condition which could have been avoided.

Receptionist sounded inconvenienced, poor communication, bitter attitude, stressed and hung up the phone during my inquiry

Doctor Farrant is a great doctor and very thorough and if I was just rating him and the Doctors I would give it a 5 star rating. However, the surgery is let down by the rudeness of the reception staff, with the exception of the young Indian lady. The blonde receptionist whose name I believe is Vicky is abrupt and extremely rude and should not be working in a customer service related role as she doesn't have any peoe skills whatsoever. The surgery would be much nicer if she was not there. After all, you already feel sick when you attend the surgery and being spoken to like you are worthless just adds insult to injury.

Spoke to Vicky @ reception incredibly rude and unhelpful. I guess this clinic is learning it's ways from pro health.miss Dr Hamer and Sturt Rd family clinic.

This clinic has recently changed from HotDoc to EasyVisit - mistake.
I work in IT and can tell you that the latter has some serious programming problems.

Had a phone consultation with Dr Garrett that was exactly 1 minute long to get another prescription. I went in to get the prescription to find out that he had not bulk billed me but charged me for that 1 minute appointment for a prescription I always get. Not happy: (

Had a choice of doctors but still waited for 20 minutes. I liked my doctor she was very thorough

Used to be great, but now shocking. No longer open Saturdays, and have few to no doctors available at most times. Last time I was sick I couldn't see a Dr for 3 days. This time rang Monday for an appointment Friday Afternoon, to be told they only have a Dr on Friday morning. NEVER use them again and searching for a new clinic or GP.

Always doctors available and you can get your blood tests done while you are there. Theres a clinic inside the centre

After a quarter of a century as a patient for a number of doctors at the Mawson Medical Centre I am greatly unhappy that my doctor and/or the reception staff are unable to reply to 3 enquiries regarding my tests for a recent ailment. On one occasion I was told that 'the doctor will contact you as soon as he is able' and that was a week and half ago. Hopefully my condition is not terminal as I will be really pissed off.
