Two weeks ago I booked the first appointment on the day at 9: 00 AM to avoid the silly waiting time. The GP arrived 15 minutes late then picked another patient instead of me! Went in at 9: 30. No apology made.

Are you male, over 16 and under 80? If so, do not expect your concerns or pain to be taken seriously. You are an assumed malingerer and they will try and get you out of there in under 2 minutes which I found extremely distasteful. If I say I have pain in my ear and throat and the doctor DOESNT LOOK IN THEM, either this GP was late to his lunch, behind on his workload (20 mins past appointment didn't seem too bad) or simply is totally useless. It may shock you to know that children and the elderly are not the only age groups to take seriously. Awful.

DONT GO HERE find somewhere else, waited over 1 hour, the doctors ask irrelevant questions and don’t care and don’t listen to anything you say

Terrible, terrible, terrible service! Was left on hold for over 30 minutes and their fax is always busy. Cannot even talk to anyone. Please avoid this place!

I’ve been to this clinic multiple times now and every time I’ve been I have had to wait longer than 30 minutes for my 10 minute appointment or wait over an hour for a minute long phone consultation.

I also saw one of the female doctors for an issue I was having and I was not taken seriously. I finally got her to give me a referral to get some testing done and turns out that I was right to be worried as it was more serious than what she thought I had.

I do not recommend this clinic and won’t be returning.

Paula is a rude receptionist, almost made me think she’s crazy. I get that this job can be frustrating but come on Mawson Lakes Medical Centre, you can train people. Paula couldn’t provide straight solution to a simple question, instead kept saying things which were not helpful. Finally after 2 minutes of unpleasant conversation she got to the point and managed to find a helpful solution i-e booked my appointment for medical fitness test and stopped talking about previous history. But then immediately hung up. That’s when I had to call them back and got my appointment cancelled.

At another instance, my partner was booked for an appointment for 10am but Dr.visited after 30 minutes. Dr. Bina is a good listener and helpful.

Please look somewhere else, even other clinic is far.

Good once you get to see the Dr but waiting for someone to answer the phone or call you back is ridiculous!
I waited on the phone for over an hour and gave up.

Terrible service - Have waited over an hour numerous times for a 10 mins appointment with some of the doctors who have an extremely unprofessional behaviour in dealing with you.

Have been a long term patient. Really appreciate the patience and customer service of all the reception and medical staff especially Paula always calm and proactive. You will find a long wait time at any medical clinic, wait times at Mawson Lakes are reasonable.

Legit worst medical clinic always running late, don't get back to you, seem to have no idea what's going on.

Reception The two lady’s on the desk were more than helpful upon my arrival and Dr Bina Mangi was excellent and thorough all in all great sevice

I got an appointment at 13: 30. They called to reschedule it to 12: 00 only for me to come there at 12: 00 and wait for an hour. Next time try Mawson Lakes Healthcare. They are much better. Whatever you do don’t waste your life here!

All doctors are very good
So far the experience has been nice but delays and waitings for the doctors are always there,
But this is just today when my husband received a payment letter from the medical center. When asked the receptionist Paula said they have stopped bulk billing and we need to buy, and this has started from 1st of September 2022 (though I already have a concession card). When asked why are we not informed she said it's not my JOB.there's a paper pasted on the wall at back of her (which is apparently a A4 sheet hardly readable). She is not even willing to accept it was the reception fault as everyone walks up to the reception first thing. As per Paula she will not inform 500 people they have to ASSUME the rules have changed.
Extremely annoying and extremely rude receptionist. Zero management and customer service.

This clinic would had received a -10 star for the rudest doctor ever had. Dr Monica Saluja has no empathy to people with disability and decline access for their needs.no wonder they have such a poor review. Takes over talks too fast and does not include interpreters. And interrupt when try to explain: just RUDE.

Ridiculous wait times, waited 90 minutes today, walked out, didn't even see a doctor.

Today I had a minor surgical procedure, the receptionist Paula is extremely polite and helpful, Dr Lovell was polite, extremely informative and very gentle, even Dr Bhatti seeing me holding an ice pack showing concern and ready to offer assistance afterward, I’ve been coming here for 19 years or more now and have seen many of the doctors and receptionist, they are all extremely knowledgeable, supportive and super polite. I cannot commend these doctors, nurse and receptionist enough, thankyou so much for the support you have given me throughout the many years.

Worst service
I have appointment at 01: 50pm and I’ve been waiting for more then half an hour the receptionist is so rude even while making the appointment before she just hang up the phone worst experience ever

The worst medical place you can possibly visit stay away! Always running late, doctors and staff are rude. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!

Poor service and long waiting time have been there, but this medical centre has come to its absolute low recently. They call patients and force to take unnecessary GP appointments and then hand in invoices to pay. This is a kind of extortion and must stop. They do not even spare pregnant care patients. 'Medicare belongs to Australians, not to doctors'.
