The experiences I have at this clinic is outstanding.
The doctors I have seen either a one time or regularly are very thorough and understanding. They never disappoint. Your concerns will be met. Doctors act fast with your matters. I have not had a bad experience here once.
Appointments are always on time at this clinic. The most I waited was 5 minutes.
You will not feel rushed or overlooked when you are at your appointment. They carefully ask you questions and happily answer your concerns.

Staff and receptionist are friendly and helpful. The nurses are great.
The team are good with reminders for your upcoming appointments.
Location is super easy to find and have lots of parking. The front receptionist can be confusing as they have two in the same building.

Highly recommend.

Yeh, nah! Had a pretty bad experience with Dr Simon Austin. Likes to use any underlying condition that you suffer from against you! Then paints a lovely picture of you to share with his colleagues! Only seen this quack twice and he tried to take control of my life. Beware people.total quackery! Avoid like the plague!

Doctor Tendai Tagwira really listens to and cares about her patients. Occasionally when she's busy and I need to see someone urgently I have booked other doctors. I've never had a bad experience with any of them, but Dr Tagwira is outstanding. Most of my family members have switched to using her as their main medical practitioner.

After changing doctors and moving to this practice I can say I've never had a warmer experience from all staff. Friendly receptionist, super supportive nurse and a doctor that goes above and beyond. Definitely recommend this clinic.

Fabulous Reception and Nursing Staff.
Dr Austin would be one of the best GPs going around. Thorough, listens and never rushes you out the door.

The paediatrician has been 45 minutes late for our every appointment. They send you to the back waiting room, which while beautiful to look at, is like a sauna, no airflow, no air-conditioning. If they tell you that the doctor is not running late, it's a lie. Carpark is great though

Some of the docs here are good, but, if seeing nurses before is something that is required, then it would be best for them to be better informed on neuro diversity, and trauma informed. The last thing a person dealing with these struggles needs is someone to point them out, which Im assuming is what happens when people are uninformed. Understand that people are different, not everyone processes the same way, and it’s not appropriate to, as the nurse, comment on it. You have no idea how this could effect someone’s experience.

Doctor Eleanor is the best doctor I have ever had, she actually cares about you and listens to you. I would highly recommend her to anyone! The receptionists are amazing very kind, sweet and welcoming, the ladies always make me smile. The nurses absolutely wonderful.

Lovely, caring staff! Took my 4 month old daughter for her check up and vaccinations. Dr Burton is the first GP I've felt to really listen to my concerns as a FTM and she was so thorough and gentle when dealing with my daughter. I'm so happy with the level of care received- I would recommend her to anyone with little ones

If a 10$ gap fee and some long waiting time can help you get rid of the ailment then why not! I tried all the medical centres in mawson lakes but always left with anger and disappointment. For the first time in 5 years, I felt the doctor cared about my “wellness”, i am certainly not alone. Unlike ther centres where you are rushed and want to be get rid of, Dr. Dominique made sure I get to say every little detail. She even helped me understand whats going on in my body by drawing diagrams! The diagnosis was amazing. Instead of flushing the system with antibiotics (as suggested by oher doctors), she took her time and treated me appropriately! Thanks a lot to you guys- I can sleep without pain tonight!

Every aspect from every stage was 100%. The initial phone call, the receptionist is the nicest girl. Dr Eleanor made me feel really comfortable, the whole process is really thorough too. I've never been to a surgery like this. Only came because it's the cheapest place for a particular procedure I need but will travel from Elizabeth to make this my surgery from now on.

40 minute wait to explain what was wrong with me (chronic pharyngitis sufferer) and the doctor (Lowell) to say basically go home and give me no remedies whatsoever, also did not listen to me at all. Terrible service, wait and will not be returning.

I'm really impressed with the doctors, nurses & receptionists here. They are all really helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Having moved from Sydney to Adelaide I was a bit hesitant with choosing a Healthcare provider due to the experience I had endured in Sydney. Well I need not have been. I was spoilt for healthcare providers in the suburbs of Mawson Lakes and Mawson Lakes Healthcare was the first location I tried. Certainly the best quality healthcare I have ever received on the first appointment. The staff are friendly and doctors are thorough and listen to your concerns. It is a $10 gap for an appointment but certainly worth it. A practice I would highly recommend.
