Mawson Lakes Chemplus

Cannot speak highly enough of the team at Mawson central. Friendly, efficient service, a pleasure to shop there.

After being a customer for the past 6 years I feel the need to write a review. Although all the staff are great this review is directed at one person MARK the pharmacist.
He is very friendly, knowledgeable, willing to help and genuinely cares about the customers health
I can't speak more highly of him, he is an asset to Terry White, give this man a raise!

Pharmacist was helpful and assisted with my queries. The store itself stocked with some nice little gifts and cosmetics products, limited on all other general pharmacy needs.

I bought a RAT test but did not use it and day after I returned it for refund but after keep me waiting for more than 10 minutes he said that is not in their policy!

No respect for their own policy of mandatory masks.
On average while waiting 20mins for script there were about 10 customers in there in/ out, lucky if even half had masks on, nobody pulling anyone up on it, all just free to break the mandated policy. I know exemptions exist and illnesses and disabilities can be invisible but this was ridiculous.
Unmasked 3 boys who pushed in line because the workers cant monitor the lines the one with the worker starts going on about a cough but "no fever" none of the three are wearing a mask and just joking about whether or not he smokes.
Poor management.
Not the time to be relaxing and excusing.
Poor management of the place as a whole in place, at least one staff at every desk yet still long waits for over the counter medications. Bit poor.
The store is of decent size but thats about the only thing they have going for them.

Been in there a few times and everytime I haven't had the most pleasant experience - but go in there for convenience because I work nearby. Yesterday I asked if I could get a price check on an electronic script. The lady asked if it was for myself and I told her no, it's for my partner. She goes oh there's a mistake. Another woman's name came up. I said yeah, it's my wife. She rudely started smacking her lips together before abruptly giving me a price, asked if I wanted to go ahead and I said no thank you. Then she grabbed her stuff to leave and go home and kept staring at me as she passed by me at the supermarket afterwards. I went to another chemist closer to home and couldn't get the script as the other lady hadn't cancelled it but instead dispensed it. I had to get out through to multiple people when I did call them and explain I just wanted the price only I never went ahead with the purchase. The chemist I went to closer to home was cheaper by $9 but couldn't do it due to your chemist and asked that I go back to get a brand new script and start again.

Terri is absolutely amazing, she is very helpful, extremely friendly and very caring. Miss her hope she will be back asap.

Rude female pharmacist, know it all and not professional. Sadly such a shame. Female pharmacist gave me a lethal dose of medicine incorrect medication from the script I provided. Does not reflect on the owner Rany sadly such pharmacists should not be in the field.

Gave my two year old EXPIRED antibiotics. When taken back to pharmacist she told me "it's only two months out", and questioned the specialists advice/treatment. Not good enough!

Will never set foot in there again! Sold me a diffuser that didn’t even work, They had none the same price to exchange with, I walked a long way to return this item and no apology! The only decent thing was to give me my money back in cash as my husband paid with his card. Sorry but if you want people’s custom you should at least try to compensate in anyway you can.

Very poor customer service! 2 ladies at counter suddenly disappeared and filling up other products but dont care customer are waiting infront if counter! Very careless! Never go this shop again. Terrible service.

Great service provided by friendly and professional staff! Would recommend to anyone who needs prescriptions.

Great experience with helpful and supportive staff. We needed some advice late on a Friday afternoon and the staff were extremely knowledgeable and supportive. Put us at ease with an ill child and had everything we needed. Thanks, we'll be back, this is our preferred pharmacy.

I asked my husband to pickup foundation for me that was on sale. He came home with wrong one as staff suggested would work.i went in found the one and asked if I could swap.
They said No as it was on sale.
It was the last one.itvis the worst customer service they said there was no return but they could see not opened and it should have been a easy swap.
So I will now go to the other chemist that is always helpful.
Lost my business over $12.

Overpriced. Not so friendly staff. Why do you wanna go there. Wish we have another pharmacy in Mawson Lakes.

Horrible customer service at this place, i have been to this chemist for over three times now staff never friendly. Last night I buy tablets check out lady didn’t even bother to tell me how to use it and even didn’t say thank you one thing she said only is Cash Or Card.

Super friendly staff. Not very long wait times. And the chemists know what they are talking about and very helpful.

Great staff, very friendly. The proprietor quite often is working there behind the counter for that old fashioned service and gives a lot of great advice. Is very knowledgeable. All the staff get a 10 out of 10 in my book. I go there often.

Avoid.first visit was in 2015 when i was living in Mawson Lakes.returned in 2018 because i was nearby.scripts is still a long waiting as how it was in 2015.loooong waiting for scripts.
A good place for everything else besides scripts.

Not helpful. Needed help - Bad sinus's. Bottom line, will only offer basic stuff which is not helping at 5mg. They do not carry in stock, other options and you need to wait 3 days. Rang my old chemist, they have it in stock and I can get it immediately - So Health Partners at Fulham is the place if you need help and advice.
