My name is Brady, I was with Match works at the old Morphett vale site, during the pandemic years which were tough for everybody, I was always prompt to my appointments and commitments, they provided very little job seeking help/guidance for those first two years, not even encouragement on the phone which would have went a long way toward some confidence for me, it then ramped up to almost daily reminders of payments being ceased, you couldn't have a conversation with them without the threat being raised of cutting off payment, I know a lot of other people would have experienced this also.unfortunately, I had an anxiety attack and was unable to fulfil an obligation, and they cut my payment off within the hour, bear in mind they hadn't updated or worked on my resume' with me in roughly the first 2 years, long story short, I'm with a real job service provider APM, within a few months they got me what I wanted which was some hospitality work and my confidence back.

Absolutely awful customer service, very poor attitude and no empathy or respect. They threatened to suspend my payment because I couldn’t make my job seeker appointment due to having work being employed. Definitely don’t recommend in the slightest and I will be making phone calls to get this place shut down. No one deserves to be belittled and treated like that.

Lovely staff, very helpful. Did my resume and guided me on how to make it better. Offered to take me around to stores and talk to the store managers. Wonderful and caring.

I don't know what hapoened, if they came under new management or what, but the two people I spoke to in the span of about 4 minutes BOTH had terrible phone etiquette, sped through not allowing any time to speak, and cut me off several times. I understand people's moods aren't always top notch but it's the first impression people get, bad business practice
