6 I put my son with these people they did nothing at all to help him every excuse under the son they were away moving or quit so nobody done a thing I ended up getting him work the employer should have been entitled to funding but because they were so slack the opportunity was lost along with my sons chance of getting better hours and training
They did not even get him one interview yet claimed all their funding for him as if they had
I am actually reporting this because I’m so upset with them
When it comes to these kinds of places this is by far the best one I have ever gone too. Since being put on the Disability Employment Services these people have been nothing but amazing to me. I feel like I am treated like an actual person and my issues were finally taken seriously. Exceptions were made where they could be for my unique challenges and this is one of the few places I have felt welcome and didn't dread coming too every fortnight. Even during COVID-19 support was only a phonecall away.
If you live anywhere nearby I can highly recommend you come to these guys if you are able to use DES services.
This company has been disgusting in the past. With a particular agents ignorance. But, As long as people refuse to tolerate or ignore mistreatment. Then they would all be as good as MATCHWORKS Elizabeth are atm. They helped me obtain my security license along with all training and funding that was required. I'm now being Employed for the Commonwealth games in QLD.

This company has been disgusting. No understanding of disabilities. Absolutely disgusting. They called the police on me for standing up to hold my child.
DO NOT CHOOSE THESE IGNORANT MONSTERS.
They are lazy, manipulative people who can't help their clients who have disabilities. Not to mention they always put people down and expect clients to do everything like searching for jobs and then they take all of the credit. Bad service and bad staff. Worst. Job Agency. Ever.
