Absolutely useless organisation promises to help paying for courses but when time comes NOTHING, use someone else if you need help in finding a job. There excuse a break down in communications (yes it's on you).
If you pay for a course after they tell you they will refund you after you spent your own money DON'T

I have never felt more degraded than when I have to go to matchworks appointments. All the negative reviews have been spot on so far. They lord their power over you and God help you if you have any other commitments (education, etc). They do not care at all. I've been with them for 4 years on and off, they have been completely useless in helping me find employment. I actively am looking for employment, but unless you do it THEIR way, by going to useless courses, they don't care and will actively punish you. I am in university to further my career whilst looking for employment, they would rather I dropout and work minimum wage.

Some what helpful with my resume + paying for my first aid course but still haven't found me a job I'm qualified for or anything close.
Always a wait time from 15-30 minutes past your appointment time too.

You'll always wait 30mins to over an hour for your appointment, you'll be chastised if you're late by even 5 mins and they'll still make you wait.
All to just tick off your job search requirements and send you home.
They don't help. They're rude and entitled and lord their power over you. They won't help at all or provide you with any assistance even when you ask. They'd rather place you in work for the dole then help with job applications or heaven forbid you ask them to go over your resume and cover letters.
If you're a dole bludger, you'll do well here. If you want to find an actual job, seek help elsewhere.

Seems that you always wait at least 30 mins for appointment and it is really only a record keeping business of how many applications you have made. Very little in what they can do to help.
