This place is a sad joke with lazy workers who make you wait two hours to come in when you’ve booked a appointment laughing at the back of their office about people because they are stuck working at the worst reviewed services. A manager that Enables abusive worker, trying to lecture me about how the employment services works because I didn’t attend the appointment—invalidating that the provider that was abusive to me on the phone was another person name “Ang” whom I never knew when the phone call I was on with my provider at the time said her name was “Aliki” and I remember it specifically but the manager still refused to acknowledge what I was saying and continued to be ignorant believing what she wanted to— (I had a witness during that phone call that remembers who it was, aliki’ didn’t like that I requested a phone appointment and yelled at me saying “I don’t want to hear excuses, I have my own children to worry about during COVID and that isn’t a reason not to come in do you understand me? Do you understand? ” (involving their own personal problems), and hung up on me afterward.the manager even talked down to me the same way without listening to what I was trying to say and I shouldn’t have to explain myself and cross my own boundaries when disrespected and even hung up on me too. The saddest unprofessional, disrespectfuI behaviour out of an ‘adult.nothing new since many have complained before about this and I’m sorry to who had to tolerate such abuse.

Worksil employment is a better services I recommend that I’ve seen.

I have been receiving exceptional service by MatchWorks Norwood. I feel that everyone there has my best interest at heart. I have very much enjoyed attending group sessions on seeking employment. As a result of these sessions it has motivated and inspired me to be the best version of myself. My job coach Erin has been lovely, attentive to my concerns and answered any questions I have had promptly. Due to Erin's persistence she found employment that is very suited to me and even remarked "I can see you doing this role". I am very happy and pleased for the service I have received from MatchWorks Norwood. Keep up the good work!

Just been in appointment, officer was very informative and quick to get to the point, efficient with presenting and had thoroughly enjoyed the session and would highly recommend Lisa to anyone with trouble finding employment.

If you want to work in a call centre or warehouse you'll be well looked after, if not, they'll be more than happy to find you work in a call centre or warehouse.

Double booked an appointment with Centrelink & was hung up on when when to sort it out. Evidence exists in the computer system. Was in tears all day. Lost another job interview sorting it out! Advertise phone call appointments after a face to face appointment on the website which I have a screen capture shot of & won't acknowledge it despite several emails sent. Too bad if you can't walk. Got into trouble for wanting phone call appointments despite what the website clearly said at the time in 2021 & wanted me catching five buses there & back for appointments which have NEVER resulted job matching. Moved to a closer one. In touch with a political office in hopes of change as it's a broken system. I have evidence on email about what I speak of.

I have had an excellent experience using MatchWorks Norwood, specifically with Lisa. Lisa directed me to a number of different and free courses to further my professional development, including the NEIS program. I have found Matchworks Norwood to be the most helpful and responsive employment agency in Adelaide. I would highly recommend their services.

A good service of attempting to help people transition between jobs and different stages of their lives. Coupled with a tricky balance of keeping people accountable and motivated, done to the best standard in my opinion with a friendly and warm atmosphere. In which can’t be an easy task. Special shout out to Aliki and Lisa for their wonderful efforts!

I have been referred to this agency and dealt with Lisa and the manager who both refused to help me do a course to help improve my job perspectives. I’am currently working and would like to further my knowledge as Australian government Scott Morrison and treasure Frydenburgh has just secured Australia’s financial well being for people in sector of trades and my wife superannuation and teaching by injecting 200 billion into developing the country post COVID.

Amazing staff in all departments and super friendly. Lisa and the other workers are always getting me into new courses and job interviews. They have genuinely given me so many opportunities to grow:)

Was treated with kindness and respect the entire time i was with this provider. I'm now studying and was encouraged to do so.
The best job provider i've ever been with 5/5

Unresponsive, disrespectful and ill mannered and incompetent! The money wasted on this organisation would be better placed offering incentives to employers to provide jobs.

I wonder why a non for profit would rely on threats and bullying as a way of dealing with the vulnerable.disgraceful! The manager was very rude too
I will be lodging a complaint and I encourage others to do so too

Truly Awful attitude they have here.very disrespectful and dishonest
love to wast your time as if it's their own. I doubt they could even hold down a real job rather than sucking government funding to be mean to clients

The consultant asked me to send resume and cover letter to check out, but she didn't do anything for three months. I kept calling and remind her to do it but she just ignored me. Today I contacted the manager then the manager told me I was exit with them. There was no explanation and no support at all with them.

I had the pleasure of being with Lisa. She was wonderful & assisted me with things I needed to be successful without me even asking. Best agency I have been with. I got educated and placed in position. Thumbs up to this place. Others should take note, they’re not all like this let me tell you.
Thanks Lisa and Matchworks.

3 stars because, the staff are friendly and treat you with respect, but having said that, avoid going into business with IPA, I worked for them for 8 months and went on worker comp towards the end due to a back injury, the boss at IPA refused to pay me for 3 weeks untill I had enough and rang the HQ in Melbourne
