9Very unprofessional, they do nothing to actually help their clients besides bullying and belittling. After going through a very traumatic experience leaving me unable to work for a while due to my mental health and then afterwards was basically told I deserved it and if I don't do better my payments are threatened to be taken from me.
Absolutely dispicable behavior from the staff here! I'm a recently employed father of a little boy and they have done nothing but attempt to cancel my payments. They constantly book me in for appointments while I'm working which forces me to either take the day off or lose my payments. They haven't gotten me a single job interview in the 4 years I've been with them. They also lie and stop replying to your emails when you need help!
Will not take responsibility for anything and will always try to pass the blame on to someone else. One of the worst job providers around
Don't appreciate being signed up to group sessions, it's my choice wether I want to discuss personal matters in front of stranger's. Have had zero contact since voluntarily signing up a couple of months ago, was told I was being insultive when I said I would have my resume prepared professionally. Another network service provider that does nothing and then expects you to sign the paperwork when you find yourself a job. I have been in management positions for a long time and find resume's prepared by network services to be unprofessional. Hiring through network services also means management are stuck answering calls regularly to check up on hired staff, network services rarely send suitable applicants for positions. I will be changing providers to someone that has more of an idea than Matchworks.
Admin don't pass on messages an are getting people cut off there pays when can't attend appointments due to worjing
Emma is great at communication and keeping you informed with all the relevant information. Highly reccomended.
Great agency. Emma has an obvious passion for connecting the right staff with the right roles. It makes a big difference when your agent has a vested interest in finding you the right outcomes.
Give them a go, you wont regret it!
Best job agency I've ever been with they're just so friendly and very supportive staff
While probably not entirely their fault, they've spent nearly 6 months processing a claim that I made for relocation. Progress was only really made after I registered a complaint with the Department of Employment.
