Surprisingly very clean shop, no dust / dirt & the shiniest floor tiles I've ever seen! Very knowledgeable in the products they offer & nutrition, Helpful (goes above & beyond) customer service. Many thanks/cheers to the young guy, much appreciated.

It's the head quarters so you can pre much buy everything here pick up at the store after online if your in the area. It's the actual warehouse as well so they never run low on anything.

And events are held here time to time.

I use Massive Joes regularly, my purchases have always gone smoothly and been contacted in the odd chance this wasn't the case. Highly recommend! Good product knowledge.

Would like to see more normal clothes like they use to be and more in the ways of merch, e.g posters, bigger stickers, etc.

I've ordered from Massive Joes once and I'm actually about to place my second order, but was curious as to people's thoughts on the company.
Personally, I've never had an issue. I've been into multiple stores including the Gawler Green and Dernencourt store and never been met with any harsh words or rude customer service. My online order arrived two days after I paid and it was perfect.
Some of these reviews are so silly. It isn't the company's fault if you didn't read the ingredients, they're labelled quite clearly, or if you think you're entitled to free stuff. Some reviews may be due to individual experiences that don't dictate the company's morals.
I will be shopping with massive joes for the foreseeable future as they make everyone feel comfortable, no matter what stage in their fitness journey they are in.

Get all my supplements from MassiveJoes, great customer service, fast delivery online, good advice and very informative. Would recommend to anybody serious about weight training. They also have a great loyalty program so you can build points and purchase apparel. Dont get that on ebay
