I came to Maria with a range of complex mobility issues and pains and she has been able to work through them with me and improve my mobility for my shoulder, hip, and back. Not only has she improved my mobility, but she has given me knowledge that I can use for the future in my training at the gym. Maria has excellent customer service and is very professional and thorough. Couldn’t recommend her enough. With regular mobility training, stretching and seeing Maria is the key to preventing injuries.

Maria is truly professional & does a thorough assessment to help work with you on your issues. Her combination of knowledge & experience has allowed me to see results almost immediately relieving my pain & giving me movements to work on regularly in my own time. I've found her to be very thorough and professional. I had ongoing shoulder issues that she has helped me resolve through massage dry needling but most importantly she has given me the knowledge i need to maintain a healthy body.

Professional and knowledgeable. I first started seeing Maria in march. I was unable to raise my arm above neck. I had shoulder, back and neck issues. Her knowledge of the body is incredible. She is very professional and friendly. I can freely move arm now and have no pain. We are now doing body movement therapy. My flexibility and core strength is improving every week. Maria is a thorough practitioner who is efficient with her time during treament. She has a great understanding of the body and always explains why I feel tightness where i do. I would highly recommend her seeing her if you have muscular issues or recovering from injury.

I've been seeing Maria well over 6 months now for an injury that was not getting any better in my hip sustained through heavy lifting. With her help I was able to rehabilitate my hip whilst also strengthening it. If you are ever in need of seeing someone for an injury Maria is a must.
