What you guys seem to not seem to understand is the way the "All you can eat" service has been advertised and interpreted from the customers perspective. Your team tends to apply more an emphasis on defensive, unprofessional replies on messenger, as opposed to taking in consructive feedback.

All you can eat service means, all you can eat. The owner only felt comfortable serving three pizzas, therefore, a misrepresentation an "all you can eat" service, that is a deal. That deal being, $50 for three pizzas. Your team uses two points in which I still do not seem to understand. The first being that "we did not finish our pizzas in order order more". I understand the logistics side behind this, however, again, I have never in my life been to an all you can eat restaurant and needed to complete my food before ordering more, ever, at any restaurant. And another point, we had a few slices remaining, its not like we ordered an entire pizza and ordered more straight away.

The second point your team made was the fact that this service was offered in "one sitting only". From my knowledge, one sitting is the moment you dine in and leave. Your team interpreted this as one order only, which the manager only offered three pizzas, and anymore pizza was deemed as an issue. That is entirely a different offer and was not made clear that you can only order once with an amount. Very confusing.

This is not a review being upset over anything other then your team not understanding how an "all you can eat" service is simply not what was received on service. This is a deal. It was a marketing issue, so I recommend you re-consider the post with clear terms and conditions, because I have asked multiple people for their perspective, and they have all agreed that this was a misleading post.

And one more thing, the communication and professionalism based skills are severally lacking. Not a good look or vibe.

Absolutely delicous pizza, and the owner/gentleman who took my order was lovely. He also went out of his way to ensure I had the lunch special price even on a pizza not on the list.

Delicious pizzas! I ordered two mixed family pizzas and the kids love it too. Definitely going back for more pizzas and other food.

Other patrons yelled ableist comments at me because I’m in a wheelchair and staff did nothing. I felt incredible unsafe and uncomfortable. The food is excellent but it’s clear this is an unsafe venue if staff are willing to let discrimination occur. I am very disappointed and will not be returning.

OMG seriously the rose Gnocchi amazing so delicious not kidding I can never eat a whole portion but I did. Hats off to the chef gnocchi the texture and taste mouth watering, was cooked perfectly and my side salad crispy and fresh. House red I sipped while waiting for it to be cooked was also awesome. Not much open during Christmas period happy Marcellina’s on Melbourne street was! Thanks will be coming back!

I don't think I've ever visited you so I should never have given you 2 stars. (I only review of I give 5 stars) My account must have been hacked. I've fixed the star rating as I've had a great experience at your other locations.

Love having food at this place and the service was great. The environment makes me want to stay there longer as they are very welcoming.

Is this even called Pizza? Stop using Italian names and colours to sell your fake products. A true Italian knows best!

I was born in Italy and lived there for 21 years of my life. Lived in Naples (were pizza originally was invented) for many years too. I know how to distinguish a good from a fake pizza trust me.

You are truly delusional if you think your pizza represents the Italian community. Your pizza has simply nothing of Italian (simple fact) that you have to accept!

If lots of Australian costumers like your pizza fine / just do not call it “Italian pizza “. As In doing so you are shaming and offending millions of Italian people in Adelaide and around the world.

Ordered a regular pizza with The Lot and it was so yummy. Dough was cooked perfectly and flavour of the homemade pizza sauce was great. Great service from the man who served me too! Great place and great pizza!

Pre cooked pasta smelled like vomit. Only reason i give one star was because roo and dits pizza was not bad. Very over priced for what we got.

Was there tonight ordered a Chicken Hawaiian pizza was served by a young lady by the name of Khush and I think she is amazing she was polite and professional made me feel welcomed to Adelaide as I am from Sydney from the bottom of my heart Khush thankyou and God bless.

Was in Adelaide for work this week and I went on a Saturday afternoon and the old Italian guy couldn't understand English properly and got my order wrong. The pizza wasn't cut properly. Sorry if you don't speak Italian, this isn't for you.which is so SAD.was very disappointed with this service restaurant and food. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I've had pizzas here a few times now and they are always good. Surely not the best pizza in Adelaide but consistent. However, other dishes that I tried there were really subpar and I don't recommend.

The food was tasty however it took a while for the guy to notice me when I entered the store. Also was told risotto should be served with the ingredients I asked to be left out. I thought that was a bit much as I am the customer

Nothing was to much to ask for. Great pizza and pasta. The kids loved it as did we. Their coffee was also great as we found out later. Thought we'd go for a walk and see what Melbourne St has to offer. As it turns out not much. These guys were the saving light.
