I would give 0 stars if it were an option. Waited 50 minutes for 1 small pizza & 1 pasta, which also cost $50. Not once did the manager Michael apologise or acknowledge the fact it was taking a while, also hearing how he speaks to his staff while are customers are around is disgraceful, won’t be going here ever again and feel sorry for the staff members who are lovely.

The food is delicious
The use of ingredients on the pizzas are a cut above anywhere else in the northern suburbs.
The use of proper cheese and ham (not shredded ham) makes the pizzas the best I have had in a long time.
The pricing is a bit on the higher side but you are gonna get that with the quality you get.
The service was great and the staff have a good sense of engagement and humour.
Accommodating to our needs the whole time.
The restaurant itself is on the smaller side which may make it difficult for large groups, but in our group of 5, we had plenty of space.
Being a small restaurant you get the ease of assistance from staff.

I haven't tried the rest of the menu, however I plan to in the future, I have confidence that the rest of the large menu will be just as good as the pizza menu.

I highly recommend visiting on your next night out.

My son and I have been here a few times and each time the food Is amazing and huge, and the staff are very friendly and the place is always very clean.

We are very fussy with the food that we eat, and decided to try Marcellinas at Munno Para West, wow the delivery was fast, the pizza was awesome, hot and with real toppings. The quality is amazing, I will recommend them to everyone.
Keep up the great work.

Appalling service, understaffed, forgotten meals at the table. Rude staff. Food was below average. The bloke singing was the only highlight.

Walked into a very impressive looking pizza place, everything looked top class, until i asked for a Yiros Pizza i was told they didnt do them, when i tried to explain what was on it the tone of the "clerk" changed he snapped out with attitude and abrupt to WE DONT DO THEM, my answer was simple. F. Y.you are F.n Rude mate.

The service was great! Welcoming and very friendly.
The pizzas are great! Very tasty. I think pizzas is what they are known for. We had a big group and others ordered pasta and salmon off the menu. And the salmon wasn't cooked all the way through and the pasta had abit like a chemical flavour taste to it. And the sizes of the meals are huge! Definitely too much food was wasted unfortunately.
But they do take away.
So all in all we had a lovely time and they definitely are great with birthdays. I just think we'll stick to having pizzas next time.

I'm not sure why I went to a pizza place and ordered a schnitzel.pizzas were terrific, schnitzel and gravy were terrible. So stick to pizzas if you go here like I should have! Owner/manager, top guy! Talking to everyone positively and coming out to say hi to customers, even gave a little girl on the table behind us a free ice cream. Old school service like this is what brings customers back, so shout out to this guy. Great job!

What a joke, waited hour and a half for delivery before calling store and told the delivery driver couldn't find the address that has been here for 3 years and returned to store, no effort to contact us using the number supplied on order, asked if we were going to receive our order and told we aren't sure, poor response with no remorse to get this sorted, cancelled and go somewhere else.

Just finished dinner here with my wife and 18 month old son.

Atmosphere is great, warm rustic feel with an Italian touch.

Staff were extremely helpful.

Food was great! I had the Siciliana Pizza which was fantastic.
Wife enjoyed her Hawian and the little one enjoyed his kids meal.

Safe to say we have found our local dinner spot.

Rude swearing boss/ owner at Munnopara.
I Baught pizza, the mushroom was grey on the pizza as if it was frozen.my daughter was vomiting and having diarrhoea and excruciating tummy aches. Next day the same thing happened to me. I called the store and spoke to the owner who was so rude and he started wearing at me. Customer service for this store is bad. Rather than explaining nice to me the boss explode. He swears and doesn’t care about how one feels even in terms of suspecting that their pizza made us sick. He cares about money and people like this are not fit to be in business that serves people. Never will I buy a pizza at Marcellina.

Hair in my food not just one three hairs in it so they did not do it by accident would not recommend as I spoke to the manager and he doesn't care and they are really rude not even a sorry for this happening

One of the best meals I have had in a long time. Service was awesome and the Lebanese bread is killa and steak and mushroom sauce faultless. Not the same as any other Marcellinas. Highly recommended

Ordered online for pick up.
Rather pricey for size of the pizza I got, but you get what you pay for. Maybe the best pizza I've had in the last ten years.
Fantastic service, friendly environment. Definitely gonna have to dine-in some time soon.

I am disgusted by this behavior and poor service that i have revived.the blatant rudeness and disrespect i have received from this place.i spent a large amount of money here and bought a lot of pizzas and ribs.one i got home i noticed that my $40 worth of ribs were not included that assured me was there.when i called to see if you could deliver or refund my money i was ignored.i have never experienced such poor service in my life.don’t go here

It was very dissapointing. Hardley any toppings on the pizza and lasagna big but dry because there was hardly any sauce. Expensive too

Nice spot for a meal. There is also an outside area to eat or have a drink. Happy hour between 6.30 -7.30 pm for spirits or beer on tap. Bans on Saturday nights.
Plenty of parking spots.
Meals are very large, started with garlic bread, mains were Weiner Scnitzel with Diane gravy, not a fan of a large bowl of the gravy, and a lasagne, which could have been a lot warmer.as said though meals are very big & hard to finish.
You need to go to bar to order as no table service.which would be an asset. Hard to make eye contact if you need anything.
Overall. I'd go again
