The gentleman at the counter was so rude and talking down to us we literally walked out even after placing our order.

Don't spend your money for being spoken to rudely.

Called into Marcellina's in Darlington after 9pm last Monday, May 1st after farewelling a friend at the airport. Met by a lovely welcoming young man who seemed to be doing everything. We ordered and had the BEST carbonara and bolognaise meals EVER. Asked to speak to the Chef to say thanks and he said he did it. FABULOUS! Many many thanks

Do not eat here. Marcellina used to be good. Not this one. Got 2 pizzas. Hardly any sauce or topping. Maybe the worst pizzas ive ever had and was 50 dollars. Major rip off. Do not eat here. TERRIBLE.

Got a chicken parmigiana + chips for $30. The thing came in a fool container. Minimal chips and a schnitzel that wouldn't even feed a child. Extremely disappointing. Wont be ordering again, nor recommend to anyone else. Daylight robbery.

Ordered a Large Meatlovers and came burnt. Called the shop and spoke to the manager apparently that’s how all their pizzas come. Incorrect as I buy from here usually twice a week. Didn’t offer help. Or replacement just kept arguing. Terrible service.

I order pizza and I was told 15 min
I went back after 20 min and I was told another 7 min and after 7 min I was waiting another 20 min and no sorry Then I came home and opened pizza and pizza was burned and no cheese and missing topping what I asked for
That pizza cost m. $55

The reason I was going to that place because of taste and quality.

Pizza is no good. If your looking for good pizza Marcelina’s in the city is where to go. Completely different recipes here and the pizza is flavourless

Respect your customer’s time. If you say 20-25 minutes for the order to be ready, please be on time. I understand 5 minutes delay, but not 15 minutes!

Worst pizza I've ever had.
Haven't been to Marcellinas for a while and didn't resemble a Marcellinas pizza of old.

I had a pizza which was wonderful, wife and kids had schnitzel which looked like cardboard. Toilets were actually disgraceful! Customer service wasn't really up to par either!

We are regulars of Marcellina Darlington but lately we noticed that the qualify of their pizza is below standard. We dine in at least once a month and pick up pizza at times when we are in a hurry. We also have them home delivered. Yesterday, we have a family size pizza home delivered and we were so disappointed to have a burnt pizza on the table. This happened not once but twice already. Please make cooking adjustment where necessary. Not everyone likes burnt pizza. Thank you

Thank you very much Ankit and your team for the delicious pizzas we ordered for a party over the weekend! The pizzas were delivered exactly on time, were warm and tasty! Ankit was also very helpful in advising on how many pizzas to order and providing a great price:)

Went there today and ordered a pizza.the bloke said it be between 10-15 minutes (fair enough) went back to my car for almost 15 minutes. Sat in the waiting area and saw my pizza being put into the cooker then listened to one staff member talk to his boss? Saying the chicken the sent couldn't be put on any pizzas
None of the staff had masks or gloves on
I think I'm gonna pass on eating from there in the future.

Great food, very specious. Great for parties as got big function room. Owners are also very welcoming.

Really good pizzas. Have been ordering from my local little caesars for years but the last few have not been as delicious for the last 6 months or so. These guys have won me over with their top quality ingredients and always cooked well too. My personal favorite is the Marcelina special. A more generous application of topping and you would have a 5 star pizza shop.

He 4 of us were the only ones in their for Sunday lunch. Smelled amazing in there. Person serving us was very friendly and the food really good. Certainly going back again!

Ordered 11 party pizzas for a work lunch - they were brilliant and arrived right on the time (plus they rang me to let me know they were in transit as we were on tight time deadlines). Would thoroughly recommend these guys and will use again.:)

Comes hot ingredients seem fresh (which is a bonus)
