I camped for 2 nights at this lovely Caravan Park.
The staff were very friendly & helpful. The facilities, amenities and grounds were very clean & well maintained.
The location is beautiful. I had not been to this part of SA before. Also the town of Mannum is very pretty and the locals I met were very friendly & helpful. I highly recommend the Caravan Park & a visit to Mannum & surrounds.

Great park central to the main street pubs cafe's bakeries Club's and shops there was a heap of Vi tage cars staying at the time
Very disappointed in the customer service at this park. Rang the day before beginning at 11am and left numerous messages and then emailed as we received no response. Tried again to ring on the day still no response. When we arrived the office was closed with a sign and a mobile number which we rang and heard it on the desk inside. Someone did come back to the office however, not too long after. I expressed that we had tried on numerous occasions to contact them; no apology or explanation just a grunt from the receptionist. Discovered we couldn’t get in until 12, which is on the website but just wanted to confirm via phone contact if we could by chance get an early checkin and even if a site was available. We left and drove to another town to check into a park where they answered on the first try at ringing them and said we could come in as soon as we got there, which consequently was way before 12pm. This is not good enough Big 4. Customer service should be your top priority! I had to give one star to post but it really deserves a zero.
The park has suffered with the recent floods, it will take time to recover. The customer service however.not sure what has happened to that, it's non existent.
We love the park! Have been coming up for 20 years. Unfortunately after the floods the council hasn’t put the money back into one of the biggest tourist features of the town.
Grass needs to be put back on the forefront and around the campsites, and the staff are great but not enough of them around.
Hopefully things can be done before peak season because it has been such as staple for our family holidays.
Cabins in need of updating. Bed was good but curtains etc need to be washed. Booked water front. Ended up with back blocks. Poor communication.
I don’t know if the cleaners chnage the linen, however i stayed for one night for a wedding function and me and my 3 friends all got head lice. PLEASE CLEAN THE LINEN
One of the best caravan parks we have stayed in very friendly reception staff Karen could not do enough for us clean amentaties great camp kitchen magic location right on the river with a short stroll to the town centre that has everything you need plus able to have a fire we rate this park 10/10
Amenities very clean and well maintained.
Team on front desk very helpful and professional at checking in.
We enjoyed our stay and site over looking the water
Stay ELCEWERE! Extra costs after already booked was asked to pay extra for a child and a adult when already paid and booked for them I felt scammed but was left no choice but to pay extra $45 on top of already booked price inclusive of extra ppl.covid has been hard on us all but being sneaky and having no choice but to pay or stay being cancelled is a real shame this place has been going down hill slowly for years now I'd go ELCEWERE
Fabulous park, great location. Quiet and 10m from the Murray river. Staff were great very accommodating and pleasant. Close walk to Mannum town.
Highly recommended.

Fantastic camp kitchen. Good bbq.
Staff helpful.cost very reasonable.
Location perfect
We stayed here for 3 nights for a motorbike National get together
We had a great time cabins and facilities were great only a short walk up the street to go to the hotel fof lunch or dinner and grocery store. You can get on the paddle steamer just next door. A short drive to the Berossa Valley. Birdwood National Motor Museum
We had a 3 bedroom cabin on the weekend very clean great view right on the river. Will definitely be back. Thank you
We only observed from outside, location is fantastic spoke to some guests they gave it 10 of out 10
Stayed here for the recent long weekend. The park is clean and well maintained, plenty of shower cubicles and very clean. Check in was efficient and friendly. Reasonably flat sites make for easy set up. The only down for us was the inconsiderate neighbours, we were unlucky enough to be located in the midst of 4 family groups that were partying all weekend. They had little regard for anyone else, loud music and left their rubbish strewn around with complete naivety towards the local wildlife that found easy pickings everywhere they looked. I dont blame the park but it did mean we didnt have the relaxing weeked we had planned. We will go back but will choose our site very carefully next time.
The best.staff are great, as are the sites and the ablutions. Karen was absolutely the perfect receptionist.
A very stress free stay in a very beautiful location looking out over the Murray River would totally recommend too all! Very clean and tidy up regularly. One place you will never get sick of!
The park has good facilities and is clean and tidy but really disappointed that it caters predominantly for boaties and jet skiers. I was there with grandchildren and there was no safe place for them to play in the river except the boat ramp (not ideal) Would it be possible to develop a little sandy beach area for young children to play?
