Mai Kitchen reviews
65Food is quite good and with very big portions. Dessert was 3/5; the pudding is really average and the mango sago is ok.
Amazing vegan options, this place is a gem. The service is good, the food is delicious and the restaurant is clean and tidy.
Vegan extravaganza! We highly recommend:
- Vegan Hanoi Spring Rolls
- Vegan Fish
- Vegan Sizzling beef
- Vegan Fried Rice
The best vegan food available in Adelaide. I love this place. All it’s vegan items - entree and main all are amazing
Went there with some mates and ordered combination vermicelli but did not really enjoy it. I probably should have ordered something else as I was watching my mates enjoying their meal. The place is nice, plenty of space to park in front and around the restaurant
Hmmm I dont know what's the rave about this resto. We ordered crispy chicken with spicy sauce, salt and pepper squid, satay chicken skewers, crispy soft shell crab, beef pho, the special fried rice and seafood laksa was cold. We asked for table water and was told to get it ourselves and pointed to the table behind us (we didn't know that there's table water there, if we knew we could have gotten it ourselves but the staff was just right there as well.he could've just given it to us rather then hubby who was eating at that time stand up walk to the table behind us to get the water.didn't expect that for a restaurant. Anyway, it's alright no harm done, we were just shocked. The food is ok. Maybe because the restaurant was so busy at that time. We always support locals and family businesses but ofcourse we want to get the value for our money at the sametime so yeah, no we won't come back.
Amazing traditional Vietnamese food with awesome service to boot. This is one of our favourite places for a meal
Great service and delicious food.
They're always friendly when we bring our children too.
Their menu is almost too big for choices but every choice has been delicious so far.
Keep it up and we'll see you again soon.
Dog food from a can, that is the description I give to the taste of the mains I have tried at MaiKitchen I've tried here twice, and that's one too many times for.me. I only went back because the Ha Noi spring rolls were delicious, and they were both times. However, the clay pot rice was revolting, like so revolting I cannot believe they keep it on the menu. The meat tasted like a bad cut that had festered for 6 hours in a hot car before it was cooked in the clay pot. I'm sad, it had so much potential.
Food is tasty and large portions. Service is quick and prompt. Make sure to do a booking as the place fills out fast during peak times
Really delicious food. Friendly, helpful staff and large serves. More than happy to provide containers if you don't get through everything. Note, large vegan menu too, so my friends were happy.
I had ordered the beef pho. Portion wise are good and a lots of meat.
The broth is still not great for me. Hope then can improve it.
WOW, WOW, WOW! JUST GO! Cannot put into words how great this place is. Impeccable service, amazing dishes and the vegan range is vast. Inexpensive and large servings, bring your Tupperware
Great food, awesome price for family's and their portions of food are huge. Will definitely be back
Been here twice, service was a bit slow on 2nd visit otherwise amazing food, great prices, a good night out AND it's BYO! ️
First time here, I will be back.
Tucked away in a residential street, its a hidden gem.
Loved everything especially the salt n pepper squid.
Service today has been poor. The cold rolls is ordered were fine; however, the combination pho was arguably one of the worst Ive crossed paths with to date. There was no depth of flavour and tasted mildly like the water the noodles were cooked in - needless to say the entire dish was wasted.
Funnily enough, today was a day no one checked on how the meal was going. This was once a favourite place to dine.
Great authentic Vietnamese cuisine.
Always quick to respond for takeaways
Friendly service great food.
Probably one of THE BEST asian restaurants for vegans.went here on a monday night and it was PACKED.that’s how you know it’s legit.such a diverse vegan menu and every dish i’ve tried has been amazing.
