Overpriced and ran by foreigners who don't speak English. Best to avoid, and take your car to an automatic washer, or just do it yourself.

Paid for the platinum wash and realised later that door jams upholstery or boot was not cleaned
Poor job considering the $90 price tag

Great experience at Star car wash yesterday. The team did a great job on my car inside & out. All finished in less than and hour while I did my shopping!

I take my car here often to be cleaned and I am always happy with the results and how quickly they are able to get the job done.

West Lakes car was used to be great, not sure how they went so wrong. Just got $99 wash, wheels not cleaned properly, cobwebs still in mirrors. Basically looks like they gave it a 5 minute wipe down with a dirty cloth.

Paid $84.yesterday to have my car cleaned inside and out, upon my return to pay & collect key, within an hour, I hopped in my car and it still had dust over console & dash, dirty marks from my shoes on inside of drivers door, not to mention smear marks across windscreen and passenger windows.
I pointed it out to staff, who attempted to clean it further, however, the windscreen was worse while driving at night. Not impressed with my experience or paying for a service that failed dismally. I should have read reviews before committing to this business

They haven’t clean the car that much, I’ve requested to clean inside and outside they didn’t clean that much just vacuum that’s it…

Don’t ever use these clowns. Was told I’ll get the full clean clean in and out for $109.00 went to go pick it up. Finger prints all over my windows and melted chocolate bars in the back seat. Leather hadn’t been touched. When confronting them and asking them to finish before I payed. They wouldn’t give me keys back. After a few words there tails went between there legs. DONT GO THERE COWBOYS

No very happy with the job done on my car.was charged $90 for wash, claybar and polish and the paint still feels like sandpaper.cup holders in consol and doors still dirty.sorry but wont be returning!

They charge me 90$ for in and out clean. There were still dirty spots inside of my car and they even haven’t vacuumed the boot. I gave them another 10 min but still wasn’t clean. Not really happy with their job.

I was so impressed how hard and efficient the staff worked. My 5 year old car was spotless inside and out. Shampooed my seats and floors. It looked brand new inside! They detailed it to perfection

Haven't scrutinised their work, but a hand wash for $25 is OK with me.as my car was really dirty.

Excellent service. Removed every sign of dirt and grime and left car better than new. Also removed scratches I thought could not be done at a car wash, ultimately saving me heaps of $$. Well done to all the crew at Star Car Wash West Lakes

Went there for the convenience and was very disappointed.
Its very dark where they clean with no natural light, missed a lot of spots.

I usually clean my own car, however my mother just passed away, and are organising a funeral and was strapped for time so thought to use your services. I was a bit reluctant to try your services after viewing the reviews online, however I thought to give your services a try and I had a voucher for your store.
The outside of the car was cleaned wonderfully however was less impressed with the inside.
There was dust still on the dash. I specifically asked for the carpets to be vacuumed especially inbetween the seats. After inspecting the job when I got home, I discovered the carpets were not very clean. The mats seemed to be washed, however they must have been washed on a dirty surface as there was more dirt on the underside of the mats than had been previously and put back into the car making the carpet dirtier than previously. Also the mats must have been put back in wet without drying as they were still wet and the bottom of the floor still wet the day after.
There was also a dirty tissue left underneath one of the seats leading me to believe was the carpet vacuumed at all?
I was considering using your service from now, however will give it a miss and will not recommend your service to anyone.

Got the quote for double of listed price. My car wasn’t bad even. I was in a hurry that’s why I used it. Not even 1 star. Never again

I took my car there to get it washed and polished and when I got back I could not believe what I saw. It was hands down the WORST polishing I’ve ever seen they have completely stuffed my roof and front bonnet I now have to get it professionally done to try and fix it. Never going back

My car has never been this clean. They were professional and timely. I booked and paid online so it was super simple to organise.
