MADEC Australia reviews
14This was one of the worse institutions I have ever been to. I was treated very rudely by the student service coordinator and her attitude was terrible. I don’t think they have the the training they need. My course duration was 1 year but thanks to my trainer and the support I got for the institute. I was stuck doing Cert III for 2 years. I had to quit course with them and joined other institution. “Madec Australia Christies beach”
I have the best understanding teacher helpful so if anyone out there is interested in aged care Gaylene is the teacher to have.
.
MADEC is the most unprofessional and incompetent organization I have ever dealt with in South Australia. Had joined to do
certificate training in disability externally with them. From trainer to the guys on phone and customer service found out to be not helpful at all. No enough material source for students at all. Had to quit course with them anyways and join other institutions. Wasted my time and money. So I won't recommend to do training courses with them.
I have completed a cert 3 through madec and am also a job seeker with madec.
All the staff have been great especially Taila, Tracey and Carrie. I always get the help and information that I need and they have supported my mental health also.
I recently completed a Certificate 3 externally with MADEC and couldn't be happier with the experience. My trainer Sam was brilliant, always so organised and available when I had questions. Highly Recommend!
Pretty disappointing, I'm not sure who is entirely at fault. Centrelink stuffed up, and as a result I was transferred to a different job provider. Unfortunately in this case, it's Madec. The reception are utterly incompetent and negligent in taking into consideration each individual's circumstances in relation to attending appointments. However the potential case manager, whom I believe is aware the system is defunct is trying to assist myself in re establishing employment. Until people make a big enough 'HooHaa' you're just another number.
The worst. Not only have they ignored my mental health issues entirely but theyve also made them much worse
Disappointing they have a lovely glossy course book and half the courses that are in there they dont even have running. They are keen on me doing a course and welcomed the idea to pay for it but still nothing.no help and no word.
I have completed two courses at Christie’s Beach MADEC over the course of year and half. My personal experience with this place was very good and would happily do another course with this organisation. In addition, all the staff were super friendly, helpful and overall amazing.
I have just completed two courses at MADEC with Sam as my teacher, she has not only helped me but my other class mates to complete and do our best in everything. I would be more than happy to come back in the future and do another course with madec, thank you for the experience
Very helpful and friendly, I have completed two courses with MADEC Christies beach and thoroughly enjoyed it.
I have had two daughters commence vocational training with Madec. They are the most incompetent organization I have ever dealt with. Their admin and training staff fail to get back to you when you leave messages and the competency of the trainers is highly questionable.ie: they are generally not trained as 'teachers' but are sourced from the industries they are teaching about. Give MADEC a wide berth if you are considering their services. They are a private organization that has their snouts in the trough of government funding per student signed up.
I cannot stress how bad this provider is, staff are scumbags penalising me because they can’t update my job plan over 6 weeks of having me having a job even though if I work 50 hours I’m not obliged to go to appointments? Bloody stupid place.
Horrible. An older man with scabs all over his face coughed in my mouth, pregenant teens fighting to the death in the urine stained waiting room. And the job provider ladies joke about equality and fertility.
