I received a hamper basket that looked and was packed with goodies, it made for a wonderful surprise. It arrived however in a huge brown box filled with 3 x shopping bags worth of small polystyrene pieces which I’m having problems disposing of. I feel so guilty for the environment! It goes straight to the red bins, something as conscious consumers we want to reduce. It’s a shame this company can’t think environmentally friendly- we all need to play our parts.

Rang early yesterday for a birthday hamper to be delivered today explaining it was for my brothers birthday as he'd spent father's day and his birthday in Sydney lockdown alone. I called Macarthur baskets at 3pm to check and was advised it was 'despatched', called again at 5pm and they'd finished for the day. It's now 7: 30 pm and still no basket and no birthday surprise.

The hamper was delivered on time to my friend and his family. They absolutely loved it and all the treats were eaten in no time. Will use them again.

Living in Ireland and ordered 2 Easter Hampers for my daughters in Australia, 1 was delivered on time, the other one was lost by the courier.
Emailed Macarthur baskets and there customer service was brilliant, after a few emails and them contacting the courier the hamper could'nt be found so they send a replacement hamper. What a great company to deal with.

The hamper arrived on time.the presentation was fabulous. The gift was fabulous for what it was. But It was not really a French hamper as requested. There was a bottle of French bubbly but if there had been Almond or walnuts, olives and Truffles or some cheese and crackers that would have made it perfect. No Macadamia nuts, delicious nuts but not at all French. On saying that it was a fabulous hamper.

Great product and great service. Quick ordering and on time delivery. I accidentally ordered two baskets by mistake which was spotted by McArthur who emailed me and promptly refunded one item.

Wonderful experience! My mum back in the UK wanted to send us easter eggs in Australia. Despite the distance she found Macarthur Baskets an easy and efficient way to deliver us our easter treats. They arrived beautifully displayed and were devoured quickly!
