Lyndhurst Hotel reviews
26 Ice cold beer, real good food, great friendly helpful service. Great place to stop. Diesel $. 50 cheaper than Marree available at the pub. Different accommodations - rooms, dongas & caravan parking.
Lots of road, water and gas crew workers here, all top notch people. Had a great time with them.
Just stopped in to have a look and a drink.
The bar staff was lovely and the pub was nice and warm.
Great location, serene surroundings, everything you need in rooms and clean. Loved my stay
The food considering last chance to eat going to Moomba was fantastic. The snack food the hamburger it's on my top of my list of best hamburger I ever eaten. Ps can't wait to get another 1.
Room was fantastic clean & big with your own bathroom.
But I am 6' 2" a single bed doesn't work out 4 me to short.
Not sure if other 1s have double or bigger beds. A good? To ask when booking a room
Other then that a great nite there & looking forward to stay there again
Caravan park for a couple nights. Hot hot Hot. Going up to Farina day trip. Amenitiies are clean but old. No shade except for one old tree.
This has to be the quint essential outback pub. I stayed in the hotel itself which was simple but clean. The propriator was terrific
Laurie and Rhonda make you feel like you are at home. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, I'm big on bathrooms and mine was immaculate! Food and hospitality are fantastic! I'm very appreciative of the quality that you get here. You feel like family.
Nice clean Pub in the middle of nowhere and at the start of the Strzelecki Track. Fresh and reasonably priced food and a cold beer. What more could you want? Wonder if Kath and Kim named Sharon after this? ;)
Charming old outback pub. We stayed in one of the hotel rooms in the main building, which was quite spacious, and the showers and toilets were good. Breakfast was included in the price. Dinner was really nicely done, not too much of it, and great atmosphere. Be warned, there is no petrol available in Lyndhurst, only diesel. It cost us a return trip to Leigh Creek to fill up.
Make sure you pull in here and have a beer or two (or three) with Laurie. Great selection of cold beer and a decent feed. If I had a single grandma in aus then I’d be introducing her!
This is everything you want to find in outback Australia. A publican with charm and a twinkle in his eye, clean facilities, cold beer and delicious meals. We just come off the road from driving the entire distance from Innaminka and we found a great spot for the van and then enjoyed Larry's stories and dinner. Fuel is cheap in town, so fill up while you are here.
Time for a cold one or whatever you like.
Great pics on the walls to look at while having that cold one.
Stayed here for the night after doing 500kms dust road from Innamincka, accomodation was so clean, and dinner at hotel was so good and fresh.
Very nice men on counter and beautiful ladies working back in kitchen

Clean and has the basics. The beer is cold and the meals nice. Stayed in the caravan park next door. Ground watered to stop the dust. Amenities clean and comfortable. Worth a stop over.
