Thank goodness for family zone and the support they offer to families, I don't know where I would be without them

I contacted the family zone to initiate a child contact service. I made numerous phone calls to them after the first meeting regarding suitable times for the service as I work a 9-5 job. Not once did they contact me to update me on anything. We eventually had to go back to relationship Australia. They may be good at other areas of support but definitely not the family zone contact services.

Great people who do whatever is necessary to help families. I have worked with them& used their services so I recommend them!
