Loxton Pioneer Playground reviews
21Great park! Fit for all my 7 kids, even for my wheelchair bound daughter. They had an absolute blast. Nice place for a date too. Nice and clean as-well, with nice plants and flowers.
An absolute shining star example of a free use community playground. The kids had an absolute blast.
Excellent playground with BBQ's, seating and shelters. Unfortunately for a town that prides itself on disability services, little is provided for people with a disability.
Lovely playground with flying fox, climbing, spinning, swings, a light up digital game and a track to ride bikes and scooters on. Barbecue facilities, toilets and shade. This is one of my grandchildren and my favourite playgrounds.
I thought the playground was pretty good for all ages. Our 1 year old enjoyed the toddler swing and the toddler slippery dip. The flying fox looks fun for older kids.
Absolutely fantastic playground, so many different things for the kids to play on. 3 kids 5-11 all had different stuff to enjoy. Really well maintained too. Big thumbs up
We loved it! Except the playground merry go round which was a bit dangerous since my child insisted on sitting on the stationary part in the middle and dangle his legs over the moving parts! They have a track for scooters and bikes, challenging climbing frame and flying fox among other equipment. I think the kids could have spent all day there.
Due for some maintenance. The council rates in Loxton are huge you think they could fix up the playground. Wonder where the money's going?
Great playground! Well maintained and clean. There is enough for kids of all ages. Plenty of parking is available.
There is only one downside which may not affect everyone: the fence does not go all around the playground.
Great space for younger and older children. Good variety of play equipment. Very clean. Great that it has off street parking.
Fantastic playground for all ages. But no shade whatsoever so unusable on a sunny day. The equipment is too hot to go on.
Are you kidding?
Where the heck were these playgrounds when I was a kid?
It looks really awkward when a 35 year old woman tries to recapture her youth by trying out the giant hamster wheel only to go a*s up! Laughs all round. My kids and husband all thought it was hilarious!
Still, it didn't stop me from trying out the music game or giving the swings a try.yes, I'm a big kid when I wanna be!

Playground is great, nice n clean and suitable for mix of ages, dads over 50 like me should be careful tho as landing badly in the hamster wheel has broken my finger
My kids love this playground, great for all ages with a great range of things to do!
Just wish the fence went all the way around! Then I'd give it 5 stars!
Great playground with well thought out things to do like the bike track and main slides. The flyfox is great fun. The water and sand pit are good too There's not a lot they could improve on because it is great already
The kids loved it here, however the Simon says game was broken or we couldn't figure out how to start it by pressing the start button. Enjoy your $10 in 5c pieces donation ️
Fantastic playground! Clean toilets with a kid size one too! Only disappointed that the blue equipped with game was not functioning. Lots of great and unusual play equipment suited to ask ages. Adults may want to join in too
The greatest playground for kids. Simply brilliant Clean loo's etc. BMW's are also wonderful. Gr8 spot
It would be awesome if there was a little more shade provided, but it's a wonderful place to take the kids!
Amazing park. Has something for all ages. My boys (7yo, 4yo, 3yo and 10 months old) loved it and didn't want to leave. Climbing ropes, slides, water pump and river, swings, flying fox, bike track with road signs, and more. Loxton is a great little town with everything you need of passing through or staying.
