Love, Stephy Dessert Cafe reviews
31A small charming cafe for an excellent cappuccino and something sweet. The seating is comfortable, lots of natural light, and soft music. The environment theme is about cafe, sweets, and love.
Omg if you are passing please stop in for cake! You won't be disappointed coffee is lovely so can really indulge without feeling guilty as the cakes light and fluffy!
I only had one thing and I’m basing my entire review on that. It was the hazelnut vanilla and dark chocolate choux. The crème patisserie was light and airy and the flavour of hazelnut was divine. Didn’t taste like artificial flavouring. So glad we made that stop before heading to a different direction of the city.
Wonderful dessert options, great coffee & amazing service! Beautifully decorated & perfect place to have a sweet treat!
Found this shop as it was right opposite yo the hotel I stayed and pictures on Google looked nice! Went to the shop late after work. Most of the things were gone and only 3 types of cakes were left. A bit disappointed. Maybe will come back next time when I visit Adelaide and give it a fair and thorough review.
Lovely swing chair and nice drinks and cakes! They are open until late (10pm during Saturdays) which is really good! Cakes are very aesthetically pleasing and yummy! Love their matcha, not very bitter. They also have their own soda (with fruits).
If you want a free parking, park at Bonython Park, catch the tram and alight at North Terrace train station. Walk straight and turn right. Not a long walk at all.
This delightful cafe has great coffee, a delicious selection of pastries, attentive service, comfortable chairs and a beautiful ambience! Highly recommended.
Fun decor at first glance, but cheap feel once we got seated. Pretty basic selection of drinks with some really good cakes. Overall, friendly staff and okay beverages. (Some of the cakes were amazing though).
I dont usually trust places where they have almost all 4-5 star ratings. Gave this place a try on a whim. My god does this place live up to 5 stars!
The drinks are amazing, the cakes always look and taste great not to mention it's atmosphere is just so inviting.
I've ended up coming here every week inbetween classes to just chill out and have a coffee. It's also pretty quiet here in reference to customers, so quick service and not too bustling. 10/10 would recommend ️
My auntie brought some desserts all the way up to north Queensland and we haven’t stopped raving about them all night. The strawberry was to die for. Will be going out of our way to make a trip next time.
Really only there for the aesthetic of the place. The drinks are averaged and a bit overpriced for what it is. A small match latte is $5.50 and the quality was questionable.the same with the lemonade. Only rlly good for the pictures.but staff were nice.
Went today with my best friend (she is in wheelchair) was accommodating for her the lovely gentleman helped us quite a lot to make it more accessible. Very well customer service and the food was lovely, a tad pricey but so worth it for what you are getting! Will be back for the impeccable service?
Beautiful.
Amazing desserts they taste as good ad they look and they look amazing, fantastic chairs so comfortable.
Amazing atmosphere
Even the bathrooms are supreme. Well done.
This place is the cutest for dates or catch ups with friends. The store is decorated beautifully and the chairs are swings! The cakes and drinks are so good (especially the chai lattes and the match maker). The employees are so kind especially the guy who works out front! So understanding and nice: D
Very sub par experience. The service was fast but other than that not much else was good.
Staff were rude in the way they were telling us where to sit.
After 6pm they REQUIRE each person to buy a dessert. Meanwhile the dessert cabinet was half empty, and some people in our group could not eat anything due to allergies.
Our group members were ok being left out, however staff still insisted a dessert per person be bought. Despicable.
The cafe is very aesthetic to look at, however highly impractical with big chairs making it hard to move and impossible to talk to anyone not directly across or next to you.
The greenery are dust collectors, almost instantly felt unwell walking in and felt ok again after a few minutes outside.
The desserts were nice but certainly not worth the rest of the experience.
This is THE BEST place in Adelaide.so charming so calm and the coffee is next level.i never drink coffee but theirs is amazing
Omg so delicious and just perfectly made e.g not too sweet! La vie rose is a must try. Ordered via uber eats, neatly packed
Every time I am working around Hindley St, I can’t stop pushing myself to get a coffee here! It’s amazing! Always is foamy, hot enough to get warm and don’t burn your mouth in a cold winter day. Really, you can’t deny yourself the opportunity to have a coffee and a dessert here!
Ordered a variety of cakes for takeaway; highlight was the Noisette (soft crumbly choux puff filled with high quality hazelnut praline and a rich hazelnut cream) and the opera cake (strong and tasty coffee and chocolate flavours). Least favourite was the La Vie En Rose (white chocolate shell was too thick and didn't enjoy the silky cream layer) and the strawberry cake (the different layers didn't really stand out, all felt like the same texture).
Went here for a school trip and waa served 3 amazing desserts. Tasted really nice and was greatly presented. Would recommend.
