Long Shot & Co reviews
26First time visiting Old Noarlunga with kids, and found this cafe opposite the Reserve which is an absolute gem! Staff were extremely friendly and accomodating to our dietary requirements. The outdoor area was beautifully contained with cafe blinds making it a warm and cosy atmosphere in the cool weather. The crockery was exquisite, coffee delicious and the food (affordable chips and fruit for the kids and eggs on toast for myself) enjoyed throughout! Baby chinos we’re super cute also! Thanks for making our day out so enjoyable.
Delicious food. Great presentation and price. The atmosphere is really cozy and friendly staff.
I loved this place. The staff are genuinely friendly (no fake smiles) and you get a sense that they care about the cafe. The food and coffee was good and the environment is relaxed and pleasant.
Really nice little Cafe, great spot, had a good breakfast and coffee, have been a couple of times now
Coffee is extremely on the mild side, so grab a few extra shots if you prefer the taste of coffee over milk, but other than that great service, great atmosphere, lovely lil spot to have a cuppa, bring your family down, all grab a cuppa and hot choccy for the kids and enjoy a walk across at the park.
Had brunch here, everything was good. From the service, food and of course coffee.
Had our toddler with us, she was happy exploring in the fenced are outside and inside staring at the huge mural painted on the wall.
Will definitely be back as so much on the menu sounded amazing and I couldn't eat it all.
Read all of the positive reviews and trust they've summed this fabulous, quirky cafe up well. The best hot brekky/brunch venue with a friendly team and a great atmospere. Be sure to spot the Big Brekky if it goes past.unbelievably WoW!
This place used to be great but sadly has lost its way!
service is pretty meh! Rude staff & not accommodating.
Tables are dirty. Need to ask for cutlery.
Fresh juice as advertised is pre-juiced in a bottle.
Food is average at its best. You could probably cook better at home. If you go on a weekend, be prepared to wait an excessive amount of time for your meal or eat separately because meals arrive at different intervals!
Amazing gem of a cafe/coffee diner. This hidden diamond is amazing. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we felt like we were on a holiday. The staff are brilliant and extremely friendly. We had our dog with us, and the lovely Louise, staff member, went above and beyond by getting her a water drink. The owner also came out and chatted to us, we loved it and hearing her passion in her business. You can tell why this business is successful. The food was also amazing! Fresh local produce and as the photos show good portions. The cafe also has a ice cream freezer. Cakes, muffins and bacon&eggs are winners. We will definitely be frequenting this place, with our dog. The owner even came out with a dog treat for her. Thanks for an amazing place to eat/drink
Small and intimate and the best breakfast in Adelaide without a doubt. Great value and customer service. Wouldn't go elsewhere
Felt very unwelcome in the cafe this morning when ordering a coffee. The girl (blue hair) making coffees was so sour and rude. Another couple simply reminded her their order was takeaway and they got an extremely rude "yeah". Leave your bad moods at home! Would love a smile with my coffee next time.
I've been here a few times now and the food and coffee never disappoints! Friendly staff and of course the Old Noarlunga charm <3
Love this place and the people who make it what it is. Super juice options and eggs my way. Laid back local country town atmosphere. AND - look who wandered past. Nothing but the most beautiful Llama I've ever seen. What an uncanny and welcome surprise.
Sadly we won’t be back, waiting 20 minutes 2 sundays in a row for a coffee when there are no other customers is frustrating. No urgency
Could become a Sunday regular. Lovely coffee, good food and a beautiful environment to enjoy it all. Sit out, look over the reserve and watch the antics of the Corellas. Add to it the friendly and helpful staff and and its perfect. Well done folks, you've nailed it.
Came to check it out due to the good reviews but I ordered an extra frothy cappuccino and extra chocolate. Got plenty of choc but got hardly any froth unfortunately. The milk was too hot really. But other than that the coffee was good strength and consistency ok too.
Nice outside to hear the birds but environment not very ambient otherwise.
Phenomenal coffee, tasty menu, and stellar staff in a quaint and beautiful setting. Definitely returning soon!
Amazing little spot in old noarlunga service is amazing and coffee is always hot! Most definitely the best coffee around!
Great coffee and awesome food! Staff were lovely, what's not to like? ! Get in here and try it!
Wow, what a gem hidden in Old Noarlunga! Took my children to the special Christmas cookie decorating event on Christmas eve, then went back a week later with a friend to try the food as I was so impressed by my initial experience. Outstanding coffee from local roasters Dawn Patrol (which they also sell in convenient, refillable tins if you want to make at home!) and a discount offered if you BYO travel mug. The menu is surprisingly diverse for a small place and both dishes we had were excellent, fresh and lovingly prepared. Reasonable pricing for serving size, and courteous friendly service. Convenient location right across from the reserve makes it an appealing choice with kids in spite of the limited seating inside (though there is more seating outside undercover too). So glad I discovered this local treasure and can't wait to go back!
