Great shop with really nice people, who were very helpful.
I bought some great potting mix and my veggie patch now looks fantastic.

What a place!
So nostalgic with lots to see.
Everywhere you look, there are items to jolt the memories of days gone by.
The people there were so helpful with my partners final choice of new baby chooks. With plenty of information, the 2 new chooks, their food, my jam and my yummy coffee - it was time to head back home (near Gawler).
We made a special trip from Gawler to Loberthal - and it was definitely worth the trip.
This place has everything you'd want from a fodder store, plus more! Including, great coffee.

We recently toured the Adelaide Hills and visited the Lobethal Fodder Store. Matt and Nat are friendly, welcoming and provide great customer service. The Fodder Store has an innovative business model and sells a wide range of products for people wanting to live more sustainably, including the sale of delicious regionally made sauces, jams, locally made candles and room diffusers, pot plants, bantam chickens, locally made chicken nesting boxes, feed stock, pet supplies, locally made “cleanwood” to reduce CO2 emissions, seedlings and pot plants. Highly recommended

This is a great place to go for anything related to chickens and looking after chickens, I always leave feeling smarter, and it is nice and clean as well!

Really helpful staff, super knowledgeable and friendly. They have a great range of things and are a fantastic one stop shop for everything for your hens, cats, dogs, birds, and even great giftwares like candles and home decor.

Best place for quality canvas works and very friendly service. Hard to go past for good old fashioned business values. Matt is attentive and very skilful with the canvas works. Nothing is too much trouble.

Exceptional service. I was on the hunt for some Heritage Breed Chickens and Nat was able to help me source some. She was extremely helpful and her follow-up care outstanding. It's a great store with an amazing range of products.
