Lobethal Bakery reviews
34Liberal bakery in Stirling, a little hidden away from the Main St. The usual bakery product lines which are always good quality, as well as fresh sandwiches and rolls, cakes ect. The coffee was quite good, there is outdoor seating which is nice in the sunny weather, just be careful of the wasps. Worth a look.
This is a great little gourmet style bakery.
The classic pretzel sandwich is a massive win, filled with fresh ingredients and the pretzel bread takes it to another level!
There is some outside seating but none inside.
The other baked good are tasty and fresh. The chocolate and glazed doughnuts are a must have as well.
The staff are very polite and friendly.
Came here for a coffee and cake. Clearly a local hotspot that had a queue out the door. A nice variety of pastries and bread with a nice range of German specialities.
Only complaint was having to repeat the order about 4 times in 30 seconds. Staff appeared to be flustered by the number of customers.
Excessively expensive for the product the 12 serve cake $58. First and last purchase from here at $5 a serve
Way better product and price at Jenny's Bakery on Glen Osmond Road
Great pies, pasties, sausage rolls and pastries. Very good prices and some outdoor and indoor seats. Often queue as they're so good! Their baked pastries are especially awesome, as are their pre-make rolls (ham salad, egg and lettuce etc). Always fresh as everything sells by end if each day. Only downside is they're closed on Sundays.
This place is sick all the other bad reviews are just salty noobs with no proper bakery knowledge.pizza pie goes hard and streusels are the best in adelaide come at me
They sell loose rolls for $1.20 and then charge you $3.70 if you after a buttered roll. Huge rip-off - other shoppers - be aware of being ripped off. The Goolwa Bakery by the newsagent is far better - better service - better product - friendlier staff.
Pies are cold. The worst bakery I've been to yet (and I go to a lot) I'll never go back. The lobethal lobethal bakery isn't much better
Just lined up to purchase some lunch only to see a worker handling pastries without gloves or tongs into the warmer. Instant turn off, after waiting for 10 mins, we walked straight back out.
Got food poisoning from your mince pies on Saturday.im 35 weeks pregnant and had to spend my Easter Sunday in hospital.safe to say I will never return to your bakery again
Excellent Bakery, Excellent coffees & toasted sandwiches croissants only available on Fri Sat.
For us the best bakery in Australia. Butter Pretzels tasted just like in Bavaria. Please open one in Melbourne
The sausage roll was pretty good. Personally I found the pastry too flakey and the roll started to fall apart too easily. The donut was as light as a feather and very nice. They had some outdoor seating in a nice setting.
There are several Loby bakeries, but they all supply goods from HQ.
Really nice baked goods, and exceptional rolls. Our default bakery
Love this bakery all there locations are amazing and consistent.if your after a hearty filling roll then get the army roll it's to die for
I could finish a loaf of their sourdough in one sitting (not really, but you get my gist)! These guys do a proper sourdough bread - plenty sour and easy on the gut.
I cant believe how good everything is. Been a number of times and no matter what I try, its amazing. Pretzel sandwhich was to die for. Sausage rolls are amazing.
Great cakes and pies. They have a large range of bread, ice creams and coffee is available too.
Very tasty vegetarian options! Tried the mushroom, leek and pumpkin pie and it was absolutely delicious, chunky cut mushrooms yummm
Excellent bakery & able to supply large orders. Excellent pretzels bought for German Club functions.
