I couldn't have been happier with the service received from Living By Design. I love my Maland woven leather bench in blonde wood and toasted almond leather hide which was delivered to me in Sydney in just a few days. I rang the office on one occasion and had a very helpful and caring conversation. I then ordered the Aquilla Curved TV Entertainment Unit in Maya Grey and am extremely happy with it. Would definitely buy again from Living By Design!

Great knowledge of products, ability to guide customer to the best for them without pushing the most expensive, good result.
Not good on follow up after placing an order and wait time was longer than expected. A bit confusing with online discounts not actually a discount ie order online and you get a discount but pay for freight vs order in store and no discount as the website states!

Before purchasing my couch, i was a bit hesitant to buy it without trying it, but the ladies in the shop were very helpful and even sent me a photo of the couch. The couch is amazing, i love it, its made really well and it looks just like the pictures. Its super comfy too. I would recommend this couch.

It would have great if there was an installation service available or included as the table was over 100KG.
Chair are really good, although do not fully slide under the table at the table heads due to the leg design.

TERRIBLE and the RUDEST customer service ever by the lady who was working on 03/04/2022 on Sunday. We were not greeted at all when we entered the store. We lined up to ask about some outdoor chairs, the lady behind the counter quickly rushed us so she could put things through for the next customer. She then directed us to look at the colours of outdoor chairs ourselves which we did. We then had to line up AGAIN to get any service and to put in an order for the chairs. As we were enquiring about delivery, she became very impatient. NEVER BUY from this Norwood store! I should've read the reviews about the appalling service before I even walked in! Would give them zero stars for zero service if I could

We were ripped of buying an instore coffee table which was missing a leg from the metal frame. No refund possible.
