Little Para Aged Care reviews
13The team at little para are wonderful so caring and go above and beyond for the residents when I visit staff are so friendly and welcoming always smiling the care they give is 100% I am very surprised by some reviews I have read on here and completely would have to disagree completely
We would like to thank all the staff at Little Para for taking such wonderful care of our family member. You all do such an amazing job. It give us peace of mind knowing our family member is well taken care of. Thank you all once again.
Such a beautiful home has a really homely feel staff are so caring and friendly always taking time out to sit with resident and chat with you when you visit so clean and tidy.
Staff steal and lie through their teeth. Don't leave valuables here and don't leave your loved ones here unless you can be there every day to feed them. My girlfriends Grandmother went to hospital from dehydration because we weren't there to make sure she was drinking for a couple days.
I’m a resident at little Para aged care The staff here are very good and caring, staff are very helpful and will assist with my needs
The home will accommodate and cater for my needs with meals
(Very good)
I’m happy here and feel at home
Beautiful Home so warm and welcoming, Very lovely Caring staff hat will go above any beyond. Highly recommended, Couldn't be more happy with the care my parents have here.
I’ve been visiting this Allity nursing home for approximately 8 years and it is definitely one of the best places for residents. The staff are amazing, caring, helpful and approachable. I love the atmosphere there, lots of laughs, residents are looked after very well and treated with respect and dignity. I always recommend to my clients to visit there before deciding on a future nursing home.
STOP! NO Way never. I had the most horrible experience with my loved one at this facility on many occasions, Sh. Mana.t
And to many other disappointments not to mention.
SO GLAD NOW ITS OVER WITH!
Little Para is a very homely place, well run and the staff are kind and caring and there is plenty of things to do, I especially love knitting and card making with other residents. I have no regrets moving in to Little Para and I highly recommend it to everyone.
Our family can rest assured that both of our parents receive excellent care at Little Para. Over the 5 years of our association we have found the staff to be very kind, caring and compassionate. We are very grateful that our parents are so well looked after and happy.
Unfortunately my experience of this facility has been less than pleasant. Our All round initial First impressions were not good however we decided to put those feelings aside and give it a go. Wish we had of listened to our initial gut instincts. Glad to get my Dear friend out of there.
The staff provided excellent care and my grandmother enjoyed her time at Little Para. The facilities in the home are great and the staff are willing to go the extra mile to make sure the residents are happy. I highly recommend Little Para to anyone seeking a caring home like environment for their family member.
My family did not have a good experience with this nursing home, the tour was not clearly informative, our mum has had a strong family support network and was a custom to seeing us every day, she went in to this nursing home on a Friday and we did talk to the mangers about visits and were told that we would be given access to mum, this did not happen. With COVID 19 restrictions in place we all understood that all visits to nursing home were in lock down but our mum went in when the restrictions were lifted and visits were allowed by appointment for 30 minutes, when the first visit was attempted to be booked we were refused to see her, it took 3 days of phone calls before we could get in to see her and we all had the flu vaccine as well, during the 3 days of us not being allowed to see her we also found out that she wasn't given any of her medications, mum ended up having a fall on the 4th night and was ambulanced to hospital sadly she passed away a few days later. This experience has left our family devastated, during this time I was visiting my uncle in another nursing home that were following the COVID 19 legislative restrictions and didn't have any problems like our beautiful mum and our family experienced here.
