Little Hanoi reviews
16 Food was slow to arrive and order was not only wrong but wontons were simply dim sims wrapped in wonton wrappers…
No one seemed to have any idea.
Would not recommend.
The staff were very nice but that’s the only positive thing I can say. My pho took forever to come out even though it wasn’t busy, and then it was so salty I couldn’t eat it. Felt like I paid $18 for a bowl of hot seawater with some strange meat floating in it.
SO disappointing. Poor quality service (workers don’t take time to listen to your order carefully), heavy price charge but the food is so bland and unflavourful. Would instead highly recommend going to the other Viet eatery across.
Popped in for a quick Bahn Mi before the lunch time rush. I was warmly welcomed as I entered the store and ordered the crispy pork.
The pork was crispy and plenty of it. The guy serving me even talked me into having chilli on it! I usually give the chilli a miss. What have I been missing!
Great food and friendly service. Will deffo be back when I'm out photographing the streets of Adelaide.
If you ever come to Little Hanoi, you gotta try out their meatballs Banh Mi, it’s the most delicious meatball I’ve ever eaten!
Love the meatball Bahn Mi there! Super delicious and juicy, packed with strong and delicious flavours!
I ordered a meatball bahn mi, but what I got had not meatball in it. It had some odd tasting white meat. Then I felt sick for 2 days after having it.
Good, healthy Vietnamese food. The usual selection done well and a couple of interesting ones (like Curry chicken rice), too.
Had some very nice Pho here with a friend. Very flavourful Pho broth and it came out very fast.
Such a fabulous lunch spot. The food is consistently delicious and the staff are friendly.
This place is quite conveient to a number of offices and does a brisk lunchtime trade. I am quite a fan of their take away pho which is relatively tasty although I do think more chilli should be added and the broth could be a bit richer. At less than $9.00 for a large bowl of pho it's difficult to really complain though. Overall I do think Thanh Thanh does a better pho but for sheer convenience and takeaway options I'll keep going to Little Hanoi.
Ok so this little place makes the most amazing Pho I mean everyone is sublime and at a low cost. The owner super friendly and super helpful. This is my number 1 eat spot in Adelaide.
Best roast pork noodle bowls/rolls and spring rolls in the city and service is always with a smile. Thanks as well for entertaining my baby so I could eat with 2 hands
Have been visiting Little Hanoi every week for 2 years. Food is amazing everytime and the staff & owners are very friendly. When I told them I was moving interstate during COVID they gave me their best wishes and went out of their way to provide me with some masks to make sure I was safe. Made my day! Highly recommend the Roast Pork Noodle Salad!
Went against my better judgment to try a bahnmi from here instead of rice n rolls 2 doors down.don’t do it. They used scraps to fill my roll and it was hardly the taste it should be. Disappointed and won’t be coming back.
Beef noodle soup was ok except for the soup being unbalanced. A bit of restraint with the cinnamon would help.
