Lite n' Easy

Right so is this a joke? There is barely any food in there. I have to wait 8 minutes for a meal that is like 3 spoonfuls There is more sauce than actual Nutrition- What a joke! Also one of my meals was missing like come on add a decent amount of food that’s a joke. I have NOT eaten anything this is how bad the portions are

Ok so after this one I tried the second one - so this was packed good there was enough in there. Maybe the staff packing the other one didn’t care too much so I was disappointed but FYI the box’s are still falling apart.

My wife ordered for her meals to be delivered, got the confirmation order receipt, and even in the app shows us the meals we are meant to have this week. However when we called up about our meals not arriving, they told us it was canceled, and someone had notified us, there was not one email or call to tell us it was canceled. Apparently a card issue but our bank statement says otherwise. Now my wife has to go a week without meals as we already ordered spent money for it to be sent out again. Looks like we are having toast for the next week.

Lite n Easy has been great for me. I love the convenience and don't have to think about what is for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. As you get older it seems such a chore. It takes no time at all to grab a tasty meal and with just a little preparation enjoy this meal. I find I get more time out of my day to enjoy my other activities. It is a great service!

Have been on products for 3 weeks have only lost 1 kilo. Have been down with flu for as long so couldn't exercise. Disappointed.

Been on lite n easy for a couple of years now, and we love it the variety the flavours and all round value for money with thr cost of groceries going up lite n easy is the better option, we place two meals in the oven 40 min beautifully done and filling people ask what are the portions like its a normal meal photo shows what its like in the box and plate see for yourself.

Taste too bad. Customer service not helpful. They are sending potato, rice and pasta in diet packs even if you dont choose them. Which is ridiculous!

Just started on LNE nearly 2 weeks ago, on the 1500 calories package across all meals. Food is outstanding and provides a big range of options, and so supports a wonderful variety. There are dishes I’d never make myself, but I get to try through LNE. It’s an investment in myself and I’ve dropped 6kgs in my first week. RECOMMENDED.

We love LitenEasy in our household. My husband eats the dinners and I’ve been receiving the 1200 calorie Meal Plans since July 2021. I’ve lost 8 kilos so far and still counting. It’s a steady and gradual weight loss. The food choices are great. Apart from anything else it’s so convenient and easy. The cost is more than reasonable too. If you want more time back or you are looking for weight loss LitenEasy is a fabulous option.

The food is really good but my only complaint is the delivery times. I only order for weekdays and they will not deliver on a Monday so then delivery has to be Tues and the times can vary from 4am to 12.30 and I am still waiting. As I only work from home on a tues this is an issue. A better service would be the option to be able to pick the food from the source.

Love the food, the variety and convenience. And it really does work! Lost 10kgs in 6 months, and would have been a lot more if I wasn't naughty over Xmas. My only complaint is with the advertising on TV. I'm sure a lot of customers would be annoyed by the portion sizes in reality compared to what is advertised.

So disappointed, I’ve been a customer on and off for many years and this week Lite n Easy decided to permanently change the day of the week they deliver to my area without even bothering to let their regular customers know. This meant the cut off time frame was FRIDAY instead of MONDAY which is quite the difference and therefore I couldn’t place my order.

I have zero problem with the days changing but where is the change and communications process? There is none. I literally received my order last week and now this week suddenly the delivery date and cut off has changed with no notice. Why wouldn’t you want your customers to know of such a change so they know to adjust their ordering?

When I reached out to customer service they couldn’t have cared less. Nice treatment of loyal customers

1st time ordering Lite N Easy and I am very happy with the order. Decent size portions and love how the Dinner meals taste. My favourite so far is the Cobb Style Salad. The price is really good as well. The best part is that I can eat good tasty meals that are healthy as well.

Healthy food and yummy deserts and soups the dinners are amazing lunches amazing me and my partner have lost heaps of weight since being on lite n easy no lock in contacts great company to deal with.great website too easy to use. 10 out of 10

I've been on lite n easy for 8 weeks the weight is coming off and it doesn't feel like a diet. Good variety of food but it does eat into the budget

I have been ordering Lite n Easy for many years now. Always great and affordable. The menu is varied and the fresh meals are really tasty. It is a convenient way for me to just grab lunch and go. The frozen meals are handy and much better than take away food.

I can not recommend Lite and Easy enough healthy tasty and variety and the most important thing is I'm loosing weight

Love Lite n Easy. Ive lost over 15kg in about 10 months and that is with some cheating like coffee and some sweets and normal Sunday roasts with the family.

I love Lite n' Easty for the convenience, the taste, the ease of ordering online and the variety. My only negative is they need to always put lettuce (no matter what type) in a container separate to any other ingredients, otherwise it sweats and goes limp.

I’ve used this service from time to time and was always really pleased with the service, however, the Gold Coast/Northern NSW Australian-owned delivery contractors were recently dumped for a cheaper overseas-owned delivery provider. I won’t be supporting this company any longer.
