Liquorland Elizabeth

Staff named Christine is very rude and showing racist towards customers not well trained properly and not know how to treat with the customers filthy service.
She is not fit for any sort of customer service.

I dont come to liquorland very often but have recently due to some of deals have been good.but this particular store definitely dosent have great customer service.way you get spoken to.go to other bottle shops always get treated with respect.one thing i dont get is being id constantly despite being over 25 way i got asked felt like was being judged right off the bat and seems they do it to much younger people.and just outright rudeness.yet have been to another liquorland very recently and ysed my phones with no issues at all so i don't see why one place wont yet another allows it.after this chances are im definitely not coming back.overall store is great and stocks there.but customer service overall low.i see in past reviews people have had similar issues also.

Went in for a 4 pack of Heineken and a 6 pack of carlsberg. The Heineken was on special for $17 a pack and they only had 4 cans left. Took them to the counter and got told I would be charged the full individual can price as the cardboard packaging was missing. A asked her if she could put them through as a 4 pack (which is possible) but she said no so I walked out.

The service is average I have walked in regularly and not been greeted by the staff (I also work in a bottle shop) quite often they don't even ask if you have flybuys or a discount card, plus the beer is always warm even when buying after 12.00pm because the don't rotate the stock properly when doing the close which means I have to put it in the freezer for 20 min when I get home before I can have a coldie not good enough my boss would quite angry if I did that.

Staff are always easy to get on with but the store is way way TO SMALL. Their prices cannot compete with Dan Murphy's in Smithfield. Its about time that Coles wake up to this and support the people in Elizabeth with a discount store.

Friendly staff, they had what I was looking for, which I couldn't find anywhere else. Prices are typical, not cheap but not out of sight. Convenient.

I can only bear to give them a mediocre review at best.my experiences with their customer service varies from lukewarm to terrible.the last time i visited said store was on my way home from school when i was declined entry on account of wearing a school uniform.i am 18 and was carrying proper ID to prove this fact leaving no valid reason to be kicked out of the store (is not even mentioned in the store policy)

on the flipside their products are regularly cheaper than counterparts from other stores so that is the only reason to buy from this store

Not alot of variety because it isn't a big shop. Staff wouldn't except my daughters Id from ezy reg which is a legal document and it should be excepted. Then wouldn't let me who's 46 buy anything because my daughter who's over 18 was with me. Although I understand that staff were just doing their job but more up to date training is needed.

It's good. The prices are getting a bit to high but good costumer service always with a smile it's 10 out of 10.

Looks like a great little store unfortunately I do not drink but always have got a lot of sales on the billboards out front seems to be a great little store
