I have been coming here since the place opened and I know the place has changed hands Mon - Fri the service and staff are very good but today (Saturday) the girl serving had no idea of what she is doing she made my coffee twice and very bad both times the second one was so hot I couldn’t drink it. The management are very tight with their money and cut back on staff which puts too much pressure on the girl so I don’t blame her entirely.
To you the management if you don’t want to do breakfast, which I have noticed your customers have dropped dramatically just open from lunch onwards before you destroy what Lily has built you are giving the place a bad name.

The meal remains very good value for money and the attention to service and customer care that was already more than acceptable has shifted to an even higher level.

The staff here were so friendly, and the owner personally checked on us and made sure we were enjoying our food and the service. They went above and beyond, providing outstanding service. They showed a passion for food I haven't ever experienced when going to a restaurant and genuinely wanted feedback to improve their dish, treating it like it was art. I will be bringing family and friends back to this place in the near future. Thank you so much for the amazing experience!

This place is absolutely amazing, delicious food and quite generous serves. Fantastic service with a positive atmosphere and smiling faces.

Dined in for lunch today and I will say this was an experience like no other. Perfect service! Tasty food! Not a single thing to fault.

Staff were attentive and friendly and not to mention the coffee you could tell was made with love at the perfect temperature and perfect strength.

The food was outstanding with everyone on the table being left stuffed and delighted.
All meals were cooked to the perfect degree and also having left overs to take home which is ways good.

All i can say is after tasting this food I already know I'll be back to try more.

It depends on how the host and staff are feeling. Coffee not very nice unless the barista isn't tired. Asian waitress cannot do enough for you. Food depends on cooks mood! Not friendly and never smiles. Time to retire I think and develop some happy atmosphere. Please alter the DVD once in a while.

The scallops melt in your mouth, prawns are lightly coated, perfectly cooked and the calamari is so tender. Excellent selection, value for money fresh pasta and wholesome moussaka. The service was lovely, we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and
look forward to returning for coffee and cake when we can fit it in.

Fantastic food. Visit this place often and always have a different dish - each being delicious and generous in size.
Decor is clean, inviting, and fun (love the decorations!).
Am always greeted upon entry and all the staff, including the owners have always ensured I and anyone I bring along is comfortable and happy.

Outstanding. I ate so much I felt dizzy. Proper good and lots of Italian looking people eating there that gave me confidence it was the real deal.

Great place and atmosphere. The food is absolutely delicious.
Highly recommend that you try this restaurant for some nice Italian food.

The opening hours of this place is not accurate. We went to this place at 7 pm on Thursday as on its website it was mentioned that it open till 9 pm. But when we reached there, it was closed. Neither it was public holiday nor anything. So please put your opening hours accurate so that we could rely on your website and customers do not have to return back.

Please add some vegan items on the menu so the entire family can dine.

Massively overpriced considering what was delivered. Ordered a burger, salad and risotto. Many ingredients on burger simply were not present (eggplant and sundried tomato on burger as advertised please) and serving size of risotto was appallingly small for price. And if I am paying almost $30 for a salad I expect it to be at least a little bit special, yes? Despite that, flavour of food was good.

This is our new go to restaurant when we are feeling like Italian. This restaurant offers up great food and value for money, great service as well. Highly recommend.

Good coffee in the region. Even if you need good quality coffee around evening they have it. Italian owned I assume, most Italian cafe serve very good coffee. Will be back for the food.

Still have works to be better but I believe worth the money you pay, They do care what you are after and the quality is nice, Hope get better service in future

Absolutely amazing dinner here last night, the food was wonderful, delicious real top quality food for reasonable prices.and the small cakes/pastries are divine - incredibly hard to choose which one to devour

Celebrated a graduation dinner here with a party of 12, we shared arancini and garlic bread then enjoyed the beautiful chicken & mushroom risotto for the main. Food was beautifully presented and desserts looked amazing

Beautiful, quaint location. Friendly staff and well priced. They're home made gnocci is absolutely fabulous. Soft little clouds that melt in your mouth. All other meals came quickly from the kitchen and soo fresh. Delicious highly recommended and great coffee too!

Coffee was nice, the mugs were probably too big so the coffee was drowned out by the amount of milk. The place is a restaurant as well and will go back to try the food. Atmosphere was nice and staff friendly.
